From my very first contact with Masons I found them approachable & professional. Warren who came to my 🏠 to quote for the job was far more thorough , looking at all my possessions properly & paying attention to what was valuable to me emotionally as well as financially more than any other company I’d received a quote from . Richard who I had a lot of phone contact with whilst planning the actual dates & logistics was very helpful, friendly & patient . He took the time to explain things to me & allay my anxieties. Craig & Daniel came & helped me pack my possessions… friendly & efficient. I felt perfectly at ease with them in my house . Craig, Justin & Harvey moved me out 🚛 …. 360 miles & 24 hours later Craig & Justin moved me into my new home very efficiently. They maintained their good humour despite the hard work . Thank you to all involved 👍🏻 I would highly recommend Masons Moving Group ….. there were no additions to the original quote which was good value for ££.

My move from South Wales to Dorset had to be postponed in July 2025 and finally happened in December 2025. The Masons admin team were understanding and accommodating even with a last minute problem. The moving team on the day was friendly and efficient and the two-man delivery team worked hard to unload. I only had two slight issues...the base of the fitted wardrobe was scratched beyond repair when my safe was placed inside and a treasured bird bath had a large piece broken off. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Masons.

We used Masons of Barry/Cardiff three times this year and on each occasion, they excelled. Their back office is very efficient and the paperwork swiftly and efficiently done. Their prices are very reasonable and transparant. The guys on the move day are always very friendly and helpful. They are also very strong for the heavy stuff but careful with more delicate furniture and precious household objects. I was very impressed by their ability to measure space in their heads! The final job was the most difficult because of oak furniture and quite a few stairs. They did everything without complaint. What seemed like a huge job became manageable. Can't thank them enough and I shall use again. Would highly recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble. The team could not get our large fridge freezer through the doors. They had a discussion about it and just removed the front and lounge doors, having measured up, and it just squeezed through. Really friendly and helpful team of individuals who were an asset to your company.

The Masons team were excellent all round, from my initial enquiry to the move all the staff were very helpful and although we were moving to a second floor flat the move day went without a hitch. The packers and the move team were all very efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

I recently shopped around for a removal company to move my furniture from Cardiff to Manchester and obtained four quotes. Mason’s not only provided the most competitive price by far, but their service was outstanding. From the office staff to the removal team, everyone was professional, courteous, and efficient. On the day of the move, the team arrived promptly, dismantled the necessary furniture, and loaded everything onto their lorry with great care. My belongings were delivered the following day exactly on time, just as promised. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend Mason’s Removals to anyone seeking a reliable and professional moving company.

We booked Masons for a packing, move, storage of some items while we had work undertaken and return and unpack/rebuild of wardrobes, tables etc. The guys were brilliant, polite, careful and helpful. Turned up when they said they would, kept us up to date about everything, packed and unpacked everything we asked for unpacking carefully and came back a few days after we had moved back in to collect and take away the packing boxes that we had to unpack ourselves.

I would highly recommend Masons as a removals company. They were fast, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond on our moving day after issues with the previous owners removals van. Really appreciated their help and support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

We obtained two quotes to move our very full 4 bed house into a 5 bed town house. Masons was by far the best quote for packing and moving, after their very helpful surveyor visited, but we had no pressure afterwards from Masons to accept. Our sale was very protracted (ie months) but they stood by their quote. They recommended to pack over two days, most things on Day 1, and then 'bed kettle and microwave' on Day 2, completion day. All the Masons team members worked hard to get us packed and loaded on time, were very friendly, helpful and were reassuring as our completion time got later and later. We finally got the keys at 1610 but Masons stayed on to unload the larger of two vans until after 1900, though there was an extra "late" charge. The second van was unloaded the next morning, and the crew remained helpful, even repositioning furniture when we changed our minds!
