I arranged my house move. Professional, organised and clear with instructions ahead of the move. On the day, they were quick, safe and very clear about how the move would happen. They always checked I was happy with steps being taken and the move was completed in very good time.

Having used Masons on 3 previous occasions, I didn't hesitate to go back to them for this latest move. It's always great to speak to the team at Masons, no bots to get through and always incredibly personal service right from the initial inquiry, the survey and the move itself. Moving day was totally stress free, the Mason team arrived exactly on time, took great care of everything they moved - all mattresses, TVs etc wrapped before being loaded onto the van - they went the extra mile to ensure that everything could be removed from the house, including bulky furniture from a loft bedroom, and then were at pains to ensure that everything was put in the right place at the other end. All in all I would highly recommend Masons if you want to take the hassle out of moving!

Moving house at any time is stressful enough, but to move abroad times it by 5. From the time I contact Mason removals, nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered. From the office team to the gents who actually carried out the removal they were very professional, again nothing was too much trouble and treated our possessions with the utmost care and respect. I would highly recommend this company.

They met me on time and picked up or belongings from our Mason's storage unit then delivered it to our house before going to our rented house and picking up our furniture and delivering that too. The two men worked slowly but this suited us as we had all day and it meant we could put things in their correct place rather than it feeling like an Aldi checkout. They handled everything with care (including our piano) and were respectful and considerate.

I've used Masons for my last 3 house moves and they never fail to impress. The pre-move service is straightforward and supportive. The move itself is carried out with efficiency, care and respect. The guys are friendly and kind and make what could be a difficult day a much more positive experience. Not one thing was broken, no damage to either property and everything was put where it needed to be. What more could you want.

The Masons team were extremely efficient and very experienced. We had to wait around till about 12.45 to get the ok to go which gave them time to have their lunch then it was all systems go! Our furniture was carefully handled and we had a particularly difficult staircase to negotiate but all went well just a few scuff marks on the wall which was inevitable and no real damage as it came off with a bit of fine sandpaper. All went well with the move into our bungalow and the guys even helped me unpack my car with the stuff I had in it whilst they were waiting for the driver of the wagon to arrive. Kept them supplied with cups of coffee which they appreciated. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Masons for their experience and friendliness.

I thoroughly recommend Masons. From initial contact to the actual move they were professional, friendly and very helpful. My first moving day was cancelled 2 days before. The next date I was given was provisional and wasn't confirmed until 3pm the day before. They accommodated me at short notice without any problem. The day of the move went so smoothly. The team arrived on time and loaded quickly. The offload at the new premises went without a hitch. Very impressed with all round service.

I engaged Masons Moving Group to collect all my household goods from storage and deliver them to my new home. They were on-time, friendly, hard-working and handled my things with care. Their back-office staff (one of the owners, I think) was very helpful, and up-front about what his company could and couldn't offer. I was very grateful for that transparency, having previously had a bad experience with another removals company. I would recommend Masons Moving Group to others, simply because they provided me with excellent service for the agreed price (no hidden extras). Good company.

Masons packed for us as well as moving us. They were very calm - useful when those moving are stressed - and organised. They were cheerful and reassuring. There was a huge delay in actually getting the keys but the boys kept saying it was fine, they were used to it. They went the extra mile when we eventually got access and made sure boxes went into the correct rooms. Whilst not cheap the service they provide is well worth the money for the peace of mind that they bring. Would highly recommend them.
