My move was made easy from start to finish, with the very first phone call, survey of goods to move, right up to the removal men on the big day. All the frontline staff at Masons were professional and courteous. My move went smoothly and I would highly recommend Masons.

From the quote to booking and using Masons for our house move, every aspect was excellent. Everyone I spoke to in the office during the booking process were more than helpful. The team who moved us were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and a credit to the company. They came the day before moving day to pack the majority of the house and returned on the morning of the move to finish packing. A very competitive price for the work undertaken. This was a substantial domestic house removal from Penarth (South Wales) to London (Wimbledon). It was carried out over five days (3 for uplift, 2 for delivery). It also involved a secondary delivery of a small fraction of the total furniture to an address in Hampstead. Everything was completed on time to the agreed charge. Each team was helpful and friendly, and at one point helped load a table to be auctioned onto the auctioneer's van. The drivers communicated to us en route so we had a good idea of the time of arrival. All the boxes that we could unpack during the unloading process were removed, but we are still waiting for the removal of the remainder. As far as we can now tell, everything was delivered in good condition and no damage was done to either property. We had understood that they would use two 'medium' vans rather than one bigger one, but it was the bigger one that was used. Medium sized vans would have got closer to the entrance to the house and made unloading easier for the men. We think that it was job excellently done, and we are happy with the result.

Informative from the first visit to our old home with many suggestions on packing and good explanation of how they worked. Arrival to pack the van with as much as they could the day before proved invaluable. The removal men were extremely helpful and worked hard both days, with patience waiting for keys to move in. I would highly recommend the firm.

We got three or four quotes Masons being one of those. Fleur did our inspection and quote we found her very engaging and helpful which helped us to decide on Masons for our move. The Thursday the team arrived it was a very hot day but they worked to the schedule hardly stopping for a break and returned on the Friday for the actual move. This again was done on an extremely hot day but the team worked tirelessly to get us in, during our unpacking we found no items were broken or damaged to say we were highly impressed with Masons would be an understatement. Thank you very much.

4 rooms emptied of Furniture whilst building work was undertaken. Furniture dismantled, pictures packed as well as china and glass. Exceptional Service.

Great removals company. We had a lot of heavy and large furniture and there were plenty of challenges. The team worked hard on a really hot day, barely stopped for a break. They packed our furniture and glass carefully and everything was well looked after. They also did some things which weren’t specified in the invoice like reassembling some furniture. They were cheerful all day despite the gruelling work and late finish. Made a stressful experience much more bearable.

From start to finish, Mason's were brilliant. Flexible in setting things up, then the team who came on the day were excellent. They managed to dismantle and move our tricky garden furniture, and smiled while shifting over 20 boxes of books along with everything else. Thank you!

Not the first time I've used movers, from Picfords to a man in a van. Masons are the best I've dealt with and this is the 3rd time I've used them. Careful, responsible, organised and disciplined. Their teams are personable, helpful and a joy to deal with. Thanks to Richard and the team for another job well done. You're always my first choice for removals and storage. My furniture was well packed with protective covers and carefully taken out to the van. The replacement furniture was brought in unwrapped and installed. It all went like clockwork. They were done in no time; so efficient. I know they will look after my furniture while in store, I've stored furniture with them before and it was delivered in excellent condition unlike two previous firms who lost and damaged items requiring lengthy dealings with insurance companies. The paperwork was straight forward and clearly marked for my completion and because it was short notice and over the bank holiday it was picked up from the last point of delivery. So accommodating at a busy time. The office kept me informed of departure and expected arrival times so no stress about what was happening, where they were, or when they would arrive all communicated in a friendly and timely fashion. Top rated by me. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, a quality service. Thank you for your excellent service.
