The sales team were not pushy at any time, sent samples and we had a few calls to discuss, they were clear on the time scale and procedure, the template guy was very clear and patient and also gave some good advice on the design, he was careful to check the templets and explained clearly how it all worked, he also coordinated with our Kitchen fitter and both were professional at all times. The time from template was 1 week and on time, the finished installation was perfect, for once it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Would recommend them without question!

Very happy with the quality of the granite worktop and service that we received from this company. It took less than two weeks from ringing them to getting out new granite worktops installed. The price was significantly lower than quotes from Magnet for the same surface. The templating men arrived and set about their business quickly and politely. The same people came back to fit the worktops. It was nerve wracking but I was very happy with the overall effect - make sure you check the joins between pieces before they leave though - one of ours was not quite perfect. They take a small deposit for templating, another when the order is placed and the rest on delivery. We found the online quote and the one we received by email were fairly accurate.
