I have been using Mel's computer care for a few years now for both personal and work related problems. They are my total go to people for all things IT. If you say you don't understand something, they explain it to you in layman's terms (which is what I need). I trust them 100%, they don't try and foist things onto you that you don't need. Every time I use them I leave as a happy customer.

I had a problem to access my laptop and took it to Mel's Computer Services. They provided an excellent and a very responsive service in that I got my laptop back later the same day. I would highly recommend Mel's Computers for anyone living close to Sale and in need of IT assistance.

In an age where we often feel short-changed or given poor value for money, it is refreshing to be able to recommend a company that genuinely looks to serve its customers' needs and offer excellent value for money. Mel's Computer Care is a local business which has served me well in addressing issues I've had with my IT devices. Last week I had problems with web pages timing out, like you get when you are on a financial services site and with an hourglass appearing and messages saying Service not responding. Despite my best efforts, I could not resolve the issue so I took my PC to Mel's Computer Care. They resolved the 3 issues and cleaned the PC both inside and out. I would like to thank Alina for her good work in listening to my problems and sorting out the repair. In addition, Tywi used Teams to reinstall the link to my printer. Both were generous with their time and knowledge and deserve my thanks and appreciation. I have no reservations in recommending Mel's Computer Care and giving them top marks . 5 Star Service.

I lost my I phone , never found . I talked to Mel,s a computer and they advised me what to do . I blocked the old one with my provider . I bought a new one and my provider sent a physical SIM cardto enable retrieval of my original phone number . Mels then collected the new phone my iPad and the new SIM card . They returned the phone and I pad the next day . The phone was all set up and everything on it . I am elderley and not very tech savvy and have no one to help in this matter . I could not have managed without their help . I have used them in the past for computer issues and printer problems and they have always been very prompt and helpful either talking me through on the phone or doing a home visit . They are excellent and can highly recommend them

"Mel's" supplied me with a new P.C. last year & I signed up for on-going maintenance assistance. I have only needed to use this on 2 occasions but each time my problem was resolved promptly & efficiently. Coming from a generation that didn't experience computers until later in life gives me assurance that help is only a phone call away. I have no hesitation in recommending "Mel's".

My wife & I have used MEL'S Computer Care for a few years now. They are BRILLIANT. Within 2 minutes they sorted out my system which had stopped receiving emails. They are so good that I have recommended them to 2 other people who have also become customers. Both my wife and I have also found that they offer excellent new equipment at VERY reasonable prices.

I first used Mel's computer's in January I had problems with my very very old laptop after a talk with the staff and a very good offer I purchased an new laptop and had all the information from the old laptop to the new one, the staff at all times were very helpful and gave me all the time it took to get me use to the new laptop, It's nice to know the help is there with such nice people who care and not there just to talk money off you.

I have been with Mel for many years, and no matter what goes wrong, the fault is always dealt with both quickly and professionally. Most issues are handled remotely, which is a great asset for me. I'm not tech-savvy, and I never feel talked down to I'm on the silver package, and it gives me confidence in knowing advice is just a quick phone call away.
