"Mel's" supplied me with a new P.C. last year & I signed up for on-going maintenance assistance. I have only needed to use this on 2 occasions but each time my problem was resolved promptly & efficiently. Coming from a generation that didn't experience computers until later in life gives me assurance that help is only a phone call away. I have no hesitation in recommending "Mel's".

My wife & I have used MEL'S Computer Care for a few years now. They are BRILLIANT. Within 2 minutes they sorted out my system which had stopped receiving emails. They are so good that I have recommended them to 2 other people who have also become customers. Both my wife and I have also found that they offer excellent new equipment at VERY reasonable prices.

I first used Mel's computer's in January I had problems with my very very old laptop after a talk with the staff and a very good offer I purchased an new laptop and had all the information from the old laptop to the new one, the staff at all times were very helpful and gave me all the time it took to get me use to the new laptop, It's nice to know the help is there with such nice people who care and not there just to talk money off you.

I have been with Mel for many years, and no matter what goes wrong, the fault is always dealt with both quickly and professionally. Most issues are handled remotely, which is a great asset for me. Really grateful to Mel`s Computer Care for their speedy and excellent at-home service in setting up my new printer and sorting out my existing laptop. A most pleasant and knowledgeable young man - not at all patronising, thank goodness - dealt with everything most efficiently, asked what features were important to me, explained the use of things I didn`t understand - and was pleasant to my cats! And all for what I consider a most reasonable charge. A friendly, courteous and obliging service from first call to saying goodbye and the expertise to match it.

I had inadvertently taken on a programme, which caused my computer to have many issues, I tried to delete it, it wasn't possibly, it affected everything, took it into Mel, he said, "leave it with me" the expectation of that was it was going to take a few days but it was ready a day early, he did everything I wanted more, he's got my stuff all organised, he's brilliant.
