I was introduced to Mel computers earlier this year when my computer failed and could not be repaired. They guided me , set me up with a new lap top at home , trained me (I’m 75 years) and have guided me since . My printer failed me yesterday and they sorted it remotely and didn’t charge . I’ve asked for training to get the best out of Microsoft and they invited me just to pop in . I insist on paying for an hour but I can subscribe for £19 pcm for ongoing training , repairs . They are at the front of their game yet sensitive to the need of older customers . Top notch company

This Company provides a fabulous service. From initial advice, to installation of a new computer and two home visits afterwards to rectify wifi and Internet problems. My wife and I were referred to Mels a couple of years ago. Since then their service and on-line help has been fabulous. We have occasionally had computer problems - always managed to solve it (like the problem I had last week). Consequently when my wife needed a new lap top a year or so ago, we went to Mels. They worked out what was best to suit her requirements. As I am still on Windows 10 (with updates etc. ending in about 6 or 7 weeks). So I am giving them my business for a new desk computer, which they say they can supply to my needs (my current unit is incapable of taking Windows 11) I know that, as I'll be 90 in a couple of years, Mels will help me settle in with my new computer.
