I use this company whenever I need work doing. I rang with an issue with my thermostat. They responded the same day when mark called to give me a couple of options and ask for approval to carry out the work. They always turn up in a uniform and work in a clean and tidy way. They do not try to push the most expensive option, they give you a number of options. Even when my tenant were struggling to work the new thermostat, they returned to the property to help them.

Metro Eco came out to review the situation, and check the pipework etc., then recommend a suitable boiler for my house. The quote was provided quickly, and was competitive with other quotes. Upon installation day, the boiler was installed with minimal disruption. Overall, quick and efficient service.

From quote to completion metro were professional, friendly and responded quickly. Details of what to expect throughout the process were given and met. We've been paying other people a lot more for a lot less, trying to sort a problematic boiler but with no success. From Day 1 Metro Eco has been excellent: responsive, capable and interested in getting to the actual heart of the problem, not just coming out and charging too much. Michael has been out today and gone to great lengths to figure out what's been going wrong, all for a very fair price. I would thoroughly recommend the team at Metro Eco. Many thanks to all involved. Had 3 radiators re-fitted after first disastrous attempt by someone else. Did a fantastic job, professional, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm only sad we didn't use Metro Eco first!! Will book our boiler in for a service now!

Have used them for 20 years with unfailing good results. All their workers are pleasant and well-mannered. This time, called them because of a domestic boiler leak. 9 year old boiler needed replacing. As I am undergoing chemo- they regarded it as urgent and came two days later to do the work.

Replaced the existing gas boiler and installed two towel rails to replace existing radiators in two bathrooms. I chose Metro based on them being listed by Worcester Bosch as local installers and their Trusted Trader status. The work was carried out within the predicted timeframe of 8am to 3pm and the installation of the boiler and towel rails was neat and tidy. After two days the boiler developed an unusual fault and refused to operate but did not generate an error code. Metro attended the same day and having checked the fault to the boiler cured the fault by "rebooting" its electronics.
