The engineer arrived at the agreed time. He was polite and friendly and carried out the work in a professional manner. He was able to tell us why our heated towel rails were not working properly and made the appropriate adjustment. We were invoiced at the agreed price. This is the third time we have used Metro Eco and received the same excellent service.

Our yearly boiler service, as always Paul from Metro Eco works efficiently. He's always polite and friendly, even in difficult circumstances (he had to park his van far away, as our road was closed.) Completely trust Metro Eco & wouldn't go anywhere else for my plumbing or electrical needs.

This was my first service for our new boiler which was expertly fitted by Paul last February. It was Paul who came to perform the service and he was, as before, very polite and friendly and his work was quick and efficient.
