Very good service - came when they said they would. Found a fly in the ointment - literally. There were a couple of flies in the condensate trap which partially obstructed the flow, but they sorted that out.

We needed to have a boiler replaced before winter. I emailed the company & received a phone call within the hour to arrange a visit. Tom explained really clearly about which boilers were suitable for our house. We arranged a day for the work to commence. The two fitters arrived on time. They were friendly, tidy, professional & efficient & cleaned up afterwards. They sorted out all the paperwork for (***) the warranty with the manufacturer.
