Amazingly polite workman, who checked why one of my radiators wasn't working even though it wasn't part of the service. Really helpful and felt safe having him in the house - he even asked if it was ok to go upstairs and check the system.

Getting a quote was prompt and very informative. The installer was polite and of pleasant personality. He came on time, worked without break and caused virtually no interruption to our domestic routine. The quality of his work was first class. We had expected a stressful day but thanks to the attitude and workmanship of the installer the whole enterprise was trouble free and in all respects a very satisfying experience.
