Metro Eco are the only company we use for plumbing and Gas work. They are always so professional. They take good care of your home, treating it with respect. For example they asked if they had to remove their shoes and put down dust sheets to capture the majority of mess. The two chaps worked very hard to fit and extremely heavy radiator. It didn't go completely smoothly but they worked as a team and got their in the end, resolving any challenges together. It was a ridiculously heavy radiator but they didn't leave until they knew it was fully working and there was no leaks. Super clear and honest quotes, nothing hidden, easy to pay.

Despite being extremely busy the team managed to fit a visit in, following a triage phone call as the boiler was not working correctly. After a temporary fix so that we had heating the part was ordered and a return date arranged. Work is undertaken as per email correspondence. Very happy with the company, very professional, good support via phone and email.

I contacted Metro Eco by email to book a boiler service. They got back to me quickly with availability, and all communications were fast and very clear. Arrived on time, and the engineer was polite, pleasant, and explained everything to me really clearly at all stages. Service was thorough, and I received the certificate by email the following morning. Would definitely use again and recommend.

After noticing a gas smell we called the national emergency number. The response was quick and the source of the leak identified but the only thing they do is make everything safe. They cannot fix the problem. I called Metro Eco as they always service our gas appliances. They arranged to come very quickly, clearly juggling other appointments to accommodate us. Paul was calm, knowledgeable and professional, sorting out the problem so that the gas could be turned back on. He advised on the next course of action and we were finally able to relax!

Installation of a EV charger - OLEV in my garage. This is an outstanding company the whole process from start to finish was slick and professional, their communication skills were superb. The estimate, timelines and updates were also punctual and detailed. The installation was on schedule and Jon who fitted the charger went through the process and keep me informed of the technical details etc. I cannot recommend this company too highly.
