We replaced our local heating engineers with the Metro Group. We realized that we needed to employ a company with greater in-depth knowledge and competence to deal with the continuing servicing and well being of our Velta under floor heating system. Metro have now been maintaining our heating system and gas boilers for some three years. We find them extremely professional and easy to deal with. We now have full confidence that we are being correctly looked after.

Very polite engineer. Serviced my central heating boiler as requested. Answered my questions knowledgeably and assured me everything was alright. Was rather early for appointment but waited the 15 minutes until he could access the boiler.

I had metro eco recommended by a friend so I thought I would give them a try, I had also seen the vans out and about locally. Although they were very busy when I phoned a polite gentleman phoned me back within an hour. I explained the problem I was having with my boiler, he understood the issue and said that due to a late cancellation the engineer could be with me within the hour. I was not expecting such a quick response, and sure enough, they arrived within half an hour of his call. Although I was disappointed that they did not have the part on the van, and had to break off to get it, they were soon back and had the job completed within the hour. Very pleasant, polite and efficient, although I considered the cost excessive. I would use Metro again, as I consider that they are reliable and trustworthy.

Had a new boiler fitted today after having no hot water for days. Justin and his colleague Gaz, I believe that was his name, arrived on time and did an absolutely superb job in fitting my new boiler quickly and with professionalism. They left my home clean and tidy and fully explained our new system to our satisfaction prior to leaving. Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Metro eco and would highly recommend.

Metro Eco had previously done small jobs for me like boiler servicing and fitting a radiator. Always promptly and efficiently. When I moved house I needed a new boiler and full CH system. This was somewhat daunting and other providers had huffed and puffed and told me some parts weren't doable! Most didn't even want to quote! Not so with Metro Eco, Tom arrived to quote when he said he would, reassured me and discussed options with me. He immediately provided a quote, I accepted and a installation date was agreed by return. I had to wait a little while but that's normal at the moment and shows they are in demand. Jordan and Tony arrived on the first day (with some help from others eg Paul - also helpful, especially with leaking toilet). They were polite and friendly, clearly knew what they were doing, explained at every stage and did an excellent job, cleaning up every night and moving all my junk! Tony is an apprentice and it was lovely to see apprenticeships working well, Jordan explained clearly at each stage to Tony about what to do, what he was doing and how important various steps are. I have a fully working system with a lovely boiler and radiators - if you can describe these things as lovely! Highly recommend.

Very prompt 2 lovely polite males, they kept checking with me where I wanted the lights, and gave options when one light wasn’t able to be used.

Very prompt 2 gentlemen, talked to me about what they were doing, kept checking with me as to where I wanted things, checked the options when a previous light couldn’t be used. The whole process I was made aware of from quote to end of process, the legislation was pointed out to me and a wire moved to meet standards, very happy with the service. Would definitely use again.
