The leaking Condensate hose was picked up on my annual service on the14/12/20. It was ordered and replaced on the 15/12/20 as a matter of urgency as I had no heating or hot water. Being in my late 70's and shielding I was very pleased by their urgent response as I had no heating or hot water. Would definitely recommend this firm .

We received a very efficient service bonding our water supply to earth. Metro Eco’s service was excellent from start to finish including a very punctual, courteous and tidy electrician who kept us informed of progress as the works was carried out. We would definitely recommend the company to friends and family and look forward to using them again.

Installation of new Worcester Bosch boiler

We had never used Metro Eco before, but when Worcester Bosch provided us with recommended installers, we were delighted that not only were they the nearest service provider, within one mile of our home, but Metro Eco also had been attributed with an impressive level of very positive customer feedback. Our initial call provided us with a surveyor visiting our home the same day and a quotation being received also the same day. We found the quotation to be very reasonable and after confirmation for the work to be undertaken, we were given a prompt start date. We did suffer with poor gas pressure, but Metro Eco were able to arrange with Northern Gas to resolve. We can’t thank Metro Eco enough for ticking all the boxes. Every member of the team we engaged with were brilliant. We are so happy with the installation. Being provided with a 12 year parts and labour guarantee gives us peace of mind.

Very impressed with the quick response from Tom. When my aunties gas boiler was condemned we had a visit and quote within 24 hours. Michael and the electrician were punctual and worked very tidily and efficiently and a thorough handover. Overall very impressed with the company and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Two actuators were swapped and the system was reprogrammed. The technician was very polite and friendly; he had visited the house some years previously. He gave me a clear and concise explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done. He carried the work out quickly and confidently and I was left feeling comfortable that the job had been done satisfactorily. There was no discussion of costs prior to the work being, done but I am happy that the charges were reasonable.

Called Metro as recommended by manufacturers as a highly rated local service providers. Paid £85 for an engineer to tell me what I already knew. Yes my boiler was leaking, because that is what I called for. They emailed with an extortionate quote to fit a part which cost a fraction of what they were charging. Hence I did not use them and got my boiler repaired by the manufacturer quicker than they had first anticipated at nowhere near the price metro where charging. Be very cautious of their charging strategy. I would not recommend.

You called our office and at this point; • We arranged a prompt diagnostic visit • We made you aware of the charges for our visit and invoiced you accordingly • We attended at the exact appointment time/date and identified the fault on your boiler • We sent you a clear and concise quotation to repair the parts we had identified as faulty • It was then up to you to accept or reject our quotation The reason we send quotations is to ensure all parties are fully aware of the costs and most importantly ensuring the customer is in control of what they are spending or not in your case. As is your prerogative you rejected our quotation. Our award winning team will continue to offer the very best service to our customers.

We booked our boiler service with Metro Eco and all I can say is what a fantastic service. The engineer arrived at the specified time and undertook a thorough service of our combi boiler. He explained his findings as he went along and made recommendations. Very happy with the service we received and will be using again.
