We wanted a local kitchen fitter and sourced Mark. From the outset his demeanour was professional, honest and helpful. He offered design ideas and recommendations on repositioning appliances and storage options making it a very personal design. We were able to see samples of the kitchen doors, fittings, splash backs , worktops and flooring which he reviewed before the final order. This is the 2nd time we have had fitted wardrobes. The initial advice was very helpful and Mark came on time, was very tidy. The workmanship was excellent and we are really pleased with all the rooms we have had done. I would highly recommend!!!

This was our second bedroom that Mark has transformed. By inviting him back, without requesting alternative quotes is a sure indicator of the confidence we have in the service that he provides. He removed the existing wardrobe doors, built new shelving in the alcove and installed new sliding doors. He always works carefully and the end result is excellent.

Mark carried out the work ahead of schedule and to a high standard and we are very pleased with the end product.

We are very pleased with the large wardrobe that Mark designed, provided, and fitted for us. He discussed our requirements in detail to determine exactly what we required and provided and fitted a very high quality item of furniture. His timekeeping was excellent and as advised. The job was carried out expeditiously in a clean and tidy manner.

We had sliding wardrobes fitted last year with MHI and from the first visit to the planning and completion Mark was very professional, efficient and excellent workmanship and the materials are brilliant. He then gave us a quote and plan for some fitted units in our annexe/utility room to compliment the existing kitchen units already there. We had to wait 5 months as Mark is very popular and booked up, but it was well worth it, the end result we are more than delighted with. We would highly recommend MHI and Mark’s workmanship to anyone needing kitchen or bedroom units. You may have to wait but its well worth it!

Mark installed a new fitted wardrobe with sliding doors. We are delighted with the design, internally and externally, and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend MHI.

The first thing to say about Mark is that he works on his own and generally is booked up 6 to 8 months in advance. He does very little if any advertising and relies on word of mouth and reviews from people who have had work done. If you live within his catchment area near Bexhill he must be your go to man. From first appointment to completed works everything has been of a very high professional standard. Drawings/work schedules/samples/quotes/invoices/cleanliness etc all first class. In addition for the quality of work undertaken and product installed the price was reasonable. If only we had more trades people like Mark.

Mark has done a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. Brilliant work ethics, communication and excellent quality of finished product. Nothing that was asked of him was too much. A lovely friendly man who got on with the job and a great attention to detail. He is the man to go to if your thinking of changing your kitchen and very good prices compared to other quotes I had from others. Very happy with my new kitchen. Thank you.

MHI Kitchens recently finished our stunning new kitchen within budget and time. From the design to the finished article was first class and attention to detail from Mark was outstanding. Cleanliness and punctuality were again first class, quality of units and appliances were fantastic. Mark was very polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Mark at MHI Kitchens. Certainly worth the wait for him to fit my job in (which actually suited me perfectly). From the very outset, Mark took a lot of time to understand what I wanted from my new kitchen - his first visit took 2 hours whereas the other companies that quoted were in an out within 20 minutes. He came up with a creative solution to a space issue which meant I didn't have to compromise at all on the dream kitchen I hoped for. This involved creating a utility room in some otherwise dead space on my landing. Other companies' designs were herding me towards a fridge/freezer rather than a large separate ones and a washer/dryer rather than separate ones. Mark really went above and beyond to create a fantastic space - even so far as to re-route two sets of central heating and water pipes which had previously been surface mounted and boxed in. Mark clearly knows his stuff and was always on hand to deal with dozens of my queries and to provide me with responses based on his experience. It was great to have someone on board who does everything from original design through sourcing the materials to fitting it - the only other people were someone to sign off gas work, a plasterer and specialist measurer/fitters for the worktop & splashbacks. It gave me confidence that the design features would be brought to fruition. I have two stunning spaces and feel honoured that Mark chose my project to work on.

Mark was brilliant to work with. From initial contact to completion of our new Bedroom Wardrobes he was professional and always responded promptly to calls or emails. He delivered exactly what he promised and his quality of workmanship was second to none. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

An outstanding job completed with total professionalism and welcomed humour. Fully aware of current conditions, all work was carried in complete Covid safety. Mark has been amazing from the consultation up until installation he has produced a stunning result especially whilst having to factor in the COVID-19 pandemic. To have a dressing room with beautifully bespoke wardrobes is a dream come true for me! Thank you really doesn't cover the kind, professional approach that Mark has shown throughout.

All planning and communication was done by e-mail during lockdown and that worked really well for me as Mark was punctual and replied fully to any queries I had. He worked in conjunction with an electrician I had wanted to do the electrics and all went smoothly. Mark is trustworthy, hard working and the quality of his work is excellent as are his communication skills. I would certainly recommend him.

Mark and Ali visited us early this year to discuss how we used our kitchen, what “look” we would like and what sort of price we had in mind. We talked about re-siting our appliances and radiator as well as creating a brighter space since it is an eaves room with small windows. The kitchen needed far more useable worktop and storage and we had our ideas which Mark added to, went away and designed into reality! He provided a quote and was clear about what was and wasn’t included, so there would be no surprises at the end! The quality of his workmanship is fabulous. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in the quality of his work. With the current social distancing guidelines we felt comfortable to go away during the week and leave him to get on with the job! He was extremely respectful of our neighbours and the communal spaces within the block and went out of his way not to inconvenience anyone. He completed the job well within schedule which was a surprise to many friends and neighbours who said kitchen works always overrun! We are delighted with the results and are happy to highly recommend MHI Kitchens and Bedrooms.

Mark installed a complete new kitchen including removal / disposal of the existing units and supply / install a new quartz worktop, cabinets, built-in appliances and Amtico floor. Mark made the planning stage simple and after adequate and helpful dialog swiftly produced a final scope and price. Everything about the installation was extremely professional all being completed on-time and to budget. The quality of his work combined with the quality of the cabinets and fittings he recommended has given us a fantastic kitchen. Mark does 99% of the work himself and was a pleasure to have around - every night always leaving everywhere clean and tidy. In summary cannot recommend Mark highly enough.

Mark totally refitted our bathroom, including new suite for bathroom and toilet, new shower, lighting, flooring, cupboards and tiling. He produced a superb finish with excellent attention to detail and a renewed bathroom of a quality and design that definitely exceeded our expectations. He had totally refitted our kitchen the year before, so we were delighted he was able to do a similarly excellent job on the bathroom.

From the design concept to installation Mark’s knowledge and skills were always in evidence, trying to fit everything into the project that we wanted from a new kitchen and suggesting helpful options when we weren’t sure what would work. The result was stunning and something that we hadn’t believed possible. Mark was punctual, friendly and totally trustworthy, clearly taking pride in his workmanship and always going the extra mile to ensure he achieved the perfect result for us. Because the installation of our kitchen was necessarily postponed by lockdown, we were also extremely impressed that Mark kept in regular contact throughout this period to reassure us that everything was still in hand to begin the installation as soon as possible.
