Holdens completed two full property surveys, on our behalf. the reports were presented on time , and very professionally. On both occasions this was followed up by a discussion on the finding of the reports. The report and discussions , allowed us to make informed decisions, on the properties. Holden's undertook a Level 2 survey prior to us acquiring our first home. They were very knowledgeable and happy to take extra time to explain their findings and run through the report with us. Off the back of their survey and findings, we were able to renegotiate the price of our first home due to a number of disrepair items that were identified by Holden's Surveyors.
