David made everything really easy, from the booking process to him coming out and surveying our boiler and boilermate. We are so glad we have found someone we trust with our boiler and boilermate systems, David really knows his stuff and does not patronise or shy away from explaining any issues noted during the survey, he was not pushy on areas that did not require immediate attention either. When he came to replace our boiler he was prompt, polite and respectful of our property, working well into the early evening to get the job done though it did run through to the next morning but again, he was quick to finish off. When we had an issue with the boiler not firing after David had left, he was back round the same day (now a Saturday) to sort and (touch wood) no issues since. We will return to Midland Boiler Care for future work and servicing as we know that the service we will get is A class.
