I’ve used these guys multiple times now and can’t recommend them highly enough. They were very quick to come round and assess the work, provide very reasonable costs, and got the work done in a very reasonable time frame. I’m always wary of being ripped off by traders, but these guys restored my faith in decent, honest tradesmen! A breath of fresh air and would 100% recommend them! Scott and his team did an amazing job with our new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. The Work - 1. The newly fitted Fascia, Soffits and Guttering look great and are working as expected. 2. We were also getting new windows so they liaised with another local company to sort out which work should be done in what order. Customer Service - 1. Scott responded very quickly whether it was by email, text or phone call. 2. After the work had been done and it had rained for the first time it looked like there was a leak. Scott gladly came out to have a look and found it was because our neighbours gutters were blocked with moss. He knocked on our neighbours door and got permission to clear their gutters to allow the rain water to flow away correctly. 3. When we were having trouble getting in contact with the other company doing work for us Scott said he would contact them for us and managed to get them to contact us within an hour. Conclusion - We would definitely recommend Mike Carrol to anyone who is looking to get new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. Scott has provided the best customer service we have ever had.

We had a lot of wooden cladding which needed replacement so chose the composite Hardie plank cladding. The team did a great job of installation and finishing off the work. We selected the anthracite colour and it looks splendid and we don't have to worry about maintenance now. All waste was removed and everything left clean.

I have used Mike's services over the years and can only continue to shout out loud about the excellent service. They always deliver, always do a great job and always clear up after themselves. Their estimates are always fair and they always come in on budget. They communicate well so if they discover anything additional that has not been factored in you are always well-informed. But what I particularly want to say is that Mike himself is one of the nicest and most polite man you could meet and this is proven by the team that he has surrounded himself with who are all really nice guys and always so very polite. They are a pleasure to have around and I would always recommend Mike Carroll, Scott and the team for any kind of work you need doing "up there" where you can't or don't want to reach. Mike's team had undertaken soffit and guttering work for me several years ago and so I had no hesitation in calling on them in to repace the 20 year old felt roof on my kitchen extension. The new rubber roofing work was as completed on time and I was again impressed by the attitude and work ethic of the team, and the end result as well.

James came to replace fascia soffits and guttering today. Very polite and took care over my property. They worked efficiently and tidied up as they went.

Mike Carroll Roofing carried out our roof repairs and were superb from start to finish. From the initial enquiry and quote, right through to the work being carried out, they were superb. Scott and his installation team were uber professional and did exactly what they promised on time. They cleared up immaculately afterwards too. Having used Mike Carroll to replace the soffit and gutters on my home, I had no problem suggesting to my mother that Mike Carroll would be the best company to install an insulating breather membrane and repair her roof and replace soffit and gutters, the crew were very courteous and kept everything clear and worked hard. Scott pointed out the rear bathroom roof could do with some work and mum's neighbour was so impressed she had her back room roof replaced.

Torrential rain, roof leaking, bedroom ceiling collapsed - stressed. Relax, got emergency cover, phoned Insurance Co. (Took 57 minutes to get through). They will send someone around in 4 days! He eventually arrived and it took him 4 minutes to condemn the whole roof - can’t help and went. Really stressed now. I found Mike's number from Which? Trusted Traders who sent a couple of guys that afternoon. They found a broken tile, had a selection of tiles for emergency use in the van, replaced the tile, job done in10 minutes and a dry roof. Brilliant, so relieved! Thank you so much, Scott, I've never seen a pack of rugby players put to a better use!

Scott and his team did a brilliant job replacing the old flat roof on our garage and kitchen extension. The job was completed to a very high standard on time and on budget. Scott kept us updated on progress and was friendly and professional. The site was left clean and tidy once they had finished the job.
