Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

Our service is available to domestic and commercial customers. Our engineers are City & Guilds Qualified and DBS checked. We carry a wide range of parts - enabling us to complete the job on a single visit for your convenience in the majority of cases.
We use up-to-date lock technology. We can repair and replace locks on all kinds of doors, whether it’s a wooden or uPVC door. We stock 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill insurance approved cylinders to ensure that your locks are long-lasting and your property is as secure as it can be.

Thank you to both Tim and Mark for making our home safer! Tim came to us only hours after my initial call to see what could be done, and he went above and beyond. He fixed my existing lock (which I didn’t know was broken) and then advised me what else was required to get it to insurance standards. Mark came to finish the job, fitting an uncommon lock on our old, listed door. Mark was extremely professional and kind and did a superb job. I would highly recommend. Thanks gents!

I contacted Millennium Locksmiths because an external locking door handle had broken. We made arrangements for when the handle could be replaced and Tim duly arrived at the agreed time. He immediately identified the problem which meant a new handle was required. Tim swiftly replaced the handle and cleared the waste generated by the replacement with his own vacuum cleaner. Tim is very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focussed. A good job speedily completed with care and attention to detail.

Arrived the same morning as I phoned for help with a front door that would not lock. Tim removed the broken lock and replaced it with one that was top spec. While he was there he also changed the backdoor lock to top spec. Told me how much it would cost before he started, worked quickly but without any mess and ensured I was entirely happy with the work before I paid him. Extremely pleasant, clean and tidy throughout. The ideal tradesman. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Despite saying he did not deal with safes, he very quickly was able to sort out our problem. In addition, replaced several lock cylinders to patio doors etc. He later dropped off additional keys. No hesitation in recommending Tim Francis.

Had an issue with our front door where it wouldn’t open from both outside or inside! Found Millennium Locksmiths on Which trusted trader and gave them a call! Spoke to Tim and explained we didn’t need them to rush out to us as could use the back door, however Tim said he could pop over and have a quick look to see what the issue was! Well within an hour of calling Tim, he had driven to us and fixed the door! He was very professional, polite, friendly and new his stuff! Would highly recommend Millennium Locksmiths and will certainly use them again if needed.
