Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

Our service is available to domestic and commercial customers. Our engineers are City & Guilds Qualified and DBS checked. We carry a wide range of parts - enabling us to complete the job on a single visit for your convenience in the majority of cases.
We use up-to-date lock technology. We can repair and replace locks on all kinds of doors, whether it’s a wooden or uPVC door. We stock 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill insurance approved cylinders to ensure that your locks are long-lasting and your property is as secure as it can be.
We can advise on the most appropriate locks to ensure your property is secure and complies with your insurers requirements.

Called Millenium Locksmiths to replace locks on all external doors following a recent home move. Tim arrived later the same morning, clearly explained the available replacements, and fitted the new locks promptly and professionally. Would use again and recommend to others.

I contacted Tim to fit a deadlock. He gave me really helpful advice to guide me when looking for someone to fit the lock as the industry is not regulated. As a Which member, I used the Trusted Traders Service to find a local locksmith. Tim answered the phone straight away and an appointment was fixed. He arrived on time and I had a new, secure lock fitted to my front door within the hour. Tim provided a detailed invoice for the work and the extra keys I requested from him arrived by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service the next day. A faultless experience and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced job.

Absolutely top-tier service. Called and they were out within an hour, which honestly saved my day. Super professional, calm, and clearly a perfectionist — didn’t rush anything and made sure the lock was fixed properly. I’d nearly been overcharged by someone else beforehand, so this was a huge relief. Fair price, no nonsense, and proper workmanship. Would 100% recommend and wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Tim was brilliant at sorting out the mess that had been left by the emergency "cowboy" locksmith. Tim was really professional and courteous, quick to reply to messages, and thorough in ensuring that all the complicated parts of the locking door mechanism were working properly. If we (our our friends & neighbours) ever need a proper emergency locksmith again we'll ensure we'll contact Tim first!!

Dodgy locking mechhanism on UPVC window finally completely failed. Replacement not possible due to age of window. Tim attached two 'sash jammers' which made the window secure and lockable again, while still allowing it to be opened. Arrived as arranged. Careful, professional work. Everything left clean and tidy.
