Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

Our service is available to domestic and commercial customers. Our engineers are City & Guilds Qualified and DBS checked. We carry a wide range of parts - enabling us to complete the job on a single visit for your convenience in the majority of cases.
We use up-to-date lock technology. We can repair and replace locks on all kinds of doors, whether it’s a wooden or uPVC door. We stock 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill insurance approved cylinders to ensure that your locks are long-lasting and your property is as secure as it can be.
We can advise on the most appropriate locks to ensure your property is secure and complies with your insurers requirements.

Excellent service from start to finish. Turned up promptly on the day to fix a broken lock and got it sorted quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was that he also spotted another issue with the mechanism that would likely have caused problems in the near future and fixed that as well before it became a bigger issue. Honest, knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.

Tim came and replaced my mailbox lock. I had already tried and failed to do it myself, something that made his job harder. It took a while to drill out the old lock, but the replacement was of a higher quality and works like a charm. The work was a little more expensive than I'd expected, but the quality of the work made it more than worthwhile.

As a Which member, I used the Trusted Traders Service to find a local locksmith. Tim answered the phone straight away and an appointment was fixed. He arrived on time and I had a new, secure lock fitted to my front door within the hour. Tim provided a detailed invoice for the work and the extra keys I requested from him arrived by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service the next day. A faultless experience and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced job.

Absolutely top-tier service. Called and they were out within an hour, which honestly saved my day. Super professional, calm, and clearly a perfectionist — didn’t rush anything and made sure the lock was fixed properly.
