Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

Tim changed the main entry locks in the house and suggested which ones were the best. I found him to be efficient as he came in the time frame given. His work was clean and he took away the old locks for disposal/ recycling.

Called Tim at 10:00am as the key in the back door had snapped off making it impossible to lock, clearly a concern. Tim said he would be there between 12:00 and 13:00, depending on traffic and his earlier jobs. He turned up in the agreed time window, introduced himself and got straight to work. Problem fixed inside 10 minutes. Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend. Not cheap but quality comes at a price

Tim proved to be very professional in his work, competent and true to his word. He responded very quickly to my call for help. He was on another emergency call when I contacted him at 10 o'clock at night so was unable to come that night. But he arrived the next morning when he promised. Tim Francis came to my house very quickly following my initial call. We couldn’t lock our front door and this was a security concern. Tim got to me very quickly with all never parts and replaced the handle, adjusted the angle of door and made sure everything worked properly. Very professional and efficient, Tim provided a breakdown of all costs when I requested it. Would recommend.

Thank you to both Tim and Mark for making our home safer! Tim came to us only hours after my initial call to see what could be done, and he went above and beyond. He fixed my existing lock (which I didn’t know was broken) and then advised me what else was required to get it to insurance standards. Mark came to finish the job, fitting an uncommon lock on our old, listed door. Mark was extremely professional and kind and did a superb job. I would highly recommend. Thanks gents!

I contacted Millennium Locksmiths because an external locking door handle had broken. We made arrangements for when the handle could be replaced and Tim duly arrived at the agreed time. He immediately identified the problem which meant a new handle was required. Tim swiftly replaced the handle and cleared the waste generated by the replacement with his own vacuum cleaner. Tim is very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focussed. A good job speedily completed with care and attention to detail.

Arrived the same morning as I phoned for help with a front door that would not lock. Tim removed the broken lock and replaced it with one that was top spec. While he was there he also changed the backdoor lock to top spec. Told me how much it would cost before he started, worked quickly but without any mess and ensured I was entirely happy with the work before I paid him. Extremely pleasant, clean and tidy throughout. The ideal tradesman. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Had an issue with our front door where it wouldn’t open from both outside or inside! Found Millennium Locksmiths on Which trusted trader and gave them a call! Spoke to Tim and explained we didn’t need them to rush out to us as could use the back door, however Tim said he could pop over and have a quick look to see what the issue was! Well within an hour of calling Tim, he had driven to us and fixed the door! He was very professional, polite, friendly and new his stuff! I called Tim out as the key had broken in the lock mechanism of our garden office. Tim arrived the same day and within the time window that he said he would which was great as it was in the summer holidays and we didn’t have to wait in all day. He tried to fix the lock but it did need replacing, we have now a far superior lock and feel secure. Great service, very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
