Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

We stock 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill insurance approved cylinders to ensure that your locks are long-lasting and your property is as secure as it can be.

Tim was able to fix 2 broken fire door cylinders for us. This was not an urgent job but he still promised to be there at a time he was there, and did the job. We also had to call on him a few days later due to being locked out of our building and as promised he got there within 90mins and resolved the issue. Really easy person to deal with, would highly recommend.

Tim came out to us on a Saturday, the day after we phoned to enquire if he could help. He replaced a failing lock on our conservatory doors with an up-to-date one with additional security features. He also replaced the handle mechanism and realigned the doors. They now close and lock effortlessly, which has not been the case for years! He worked quickly, with clear expertise, and left no mess. Additionally, he provided good advice about our other locks, and made a quick repair to our back door handle, part of which had come loose. Plus, he's a nice guy and good company. Thoroughly recommend.

Called Tim at 10:00am as the key in the back door had snapped off making it impossible to lock, clearly a concern. Tim said he would be there between 12:00 and 13:00, depending on traffic and his earlier jobs. He turned up in the agreed time window, introduced himself and got straight to work. Problem fixed inside 10 minutes. Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend. Not cheap but quality comes at a price

Tim Francis came to my house very quickly following my initial call. We couldn’t lock our front door and this was a security concern. Tim got to me very quickly with all never parts and replaced the handle, adjusted the angle of door and made sure everything worked properly. Thank you to both Tim and Mark for making our home safer! Tim came to us only hours after my initial call to see what could be done, and he went above and beyond. He fixed my existing lock (which I didn’t know was broken) and then advised me what else was required to get it to insurance standards. I contacted Millennium Locksmiths because an external locking door handle had broken. We made arrangements for when the handle could be replaced and Tim duly arrived at the agreed time. He immediately identified the problem which meant a new handle was required. Tim swiftly replaced the handle and cleared the waste generated by the replacement with his own vacuum cleaner. Tim is very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focussed. A good job speedily completed with care and attention to detail.

Arrived the same morning as I phoned for help with a front door that would not lock. Tim removed the broken lock and replaced it with one that was top spec. While he was there he also changed the backdoor lock to top spec. Told me how much it would cost before he started, worked quickly but without any mess and ensured I was entirely happy with the work before I paid him. Extremely pleasant, clean and tidy throughout.
