Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

Our service is available to domestic and commercial customers. Our engineers are City & Guilds Qualified and DBS checked. We carry a wide range of parts - enabling us to complete the job on a single visit for your convenience in the majority of cases.
We use up-to-date lock technology. We can repair and replace locks on all kinds of doors, whether it’s a wooden or uPVC door. We stock 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill insurance approved cylinders to ensure that your locks are long-lasting and your property is as secure as it can be.

Called in the job and Tim was here within the hour. It only took him about 20 minutes to do the job and he had all the parts/tools readily available in his van. I'm glad I actually got to speak to the person who was going to do the job versus someone in a call centre, who the majority of the time have no idea what they're on about. Phoned at 18:30 on Sunday. Tim arrived 30 minutes later and we were in our house 15 minutes after that with faulty lock changed. Excellent job done at a reasonable price considering it was Sunday evening. Highly recommended. Also, what a nice guy!

Had an issue with our front door where it wouldn’t open from both outside or inside! Found Millennium Locksmiths on Which trusted trader and gave them a call! Spoke to Tim and explained we didn’t need them to rush out to us as could use the back door, however Tim said he could pop over and have a quick look to see what the issue was! Well within an hour of calling Tim, he had driven to us and fixed the door! He was very professional, polite, friendly and new his stuff! Would highly recommend Millennium Locksmiths and will certainly use them again if needed.

Tim came out to us on a Saturday, the day after we phoned to enquire if he could help. He replaced a failing lock on our conservatory doors with an up-to-date one with additional security features. He also replaced the handle mechanism and realigned the doors. They now close and lock effortlessly, which has not been the case for years! He worked quickly, with clear expertise, and left no mess. Additionally, he provided good advice about our other locks, and made a quick repair to our back door handle, part of which had come loose. Plus, he's a nice guy and good company. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely top-tier service. Called and they were out within an hour, which honestly saved my day. I can thoroughly recommend Millennium Locksmiths Ltd. Tim responded to my call, was very polite, explained the costs before he came, and arrived when expected. On arrival he explained the different options available, and enabled me to make an informed choice, before replacing the lock efficiently and without mess. I also asked Tim to look at two other doors in the house, to discuss the level of security they provided - and he explained what work would be necessary to bring them up to insurance security standards. I didn't actually ask him to do any additional work, but the information was very useful, and freely given. Tim was formerly a Band Corporal Major of the Household Cavalry - and participated in the Trooping of the Colour. Presumably the Queen would approve! I certainly did, and would not hesitate to use him again.
