Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

Our service is available to domestic and commercial customers. Our engineers are City & Guilds Qualified and DBS checked. We carry a wide range of parts - enabling us to complete the job on a single visit for your convenience in the majority of cases.
We use up-to-date lock technology. We can repair and replace locks on all kinds of doors, whether it’s a wooden or uPVC door. We stock 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill insurance approved cylinders to ensure that your locks are long-lasting and your property is as secure as it can be.

We moved house and wanted the locks changed. Tim made an appointment for the day after we moved in and arrived on the dot. We discussed the options available and made our choice. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive options. Tim did not have the locks in stock for the option we chose (they needed to be specially ordered) and he ordered the locks before he left our home. He returned the next morning with the new locks, and fitted them. His work was to the highest possible standard and, apart from the new locks, there was no trace of him being there. Tim was friendly, gave me confidence he understood locks and security, and very proficient in replacing my locks, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I called Tim today for an emergency call out. He explained that he was on a job, gave me an ETA and said that he’ll call me 20 minutes before arrival. He did all that. Not only that he sorted the issues out, but he picked up on another issue which could have developed into something more costly. Cannot recommend him enough. Definitely my go to locksmith. Excellent service from start to finish. Turned up promptly on the day to fix a broken lock and got it sorted quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was that he also spotted another issue with the mechanism that would likely have caused problems in the near future and fixed that as well before it became a bigger issue. The lock in my sliding door broke with the door locked and unopenable by normal means. I was recommended to contact Tim at Millennium Locksmiths. Tim is industrious, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to open the door, secure it, source an appropriate replacement part and restore the door to smooth working order. I was confident the job was in good hands throughout the process. I called Tim out as the key had broken in the lock mechanism of our garden office. Tim arrived the same day and within the time window that he said he would which was great as it was in the summer holidays and we didn’t have to wait in all day. He tried to fix the lock but it did need replacing, we have now a far superior lock and feel secure. Great service, very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Called Tim at 10:00am as the key in the back door had snapped off making it impossible to lock, clearly a concern. Tim said he would be there between 12:00 and 13:00, depending on traffic and his earlier jobs. He turned up in the agreed time window, introduced himself and got straight to work. Problem fixed inside 10 minutes. Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend. Not cheap but quality comes at a price

Tim came and replaced my mailbox lock. I had already tried and failed to do it myself, something that made his job harder. It took a while to drill out the old lock, but the replacement was of a higher quality and works like a charm. The work was a little more expensive than I'd expected, but the quality of the work made it more than worthwhile.
