Established in 2005, we are a family-run independent business, offering a genuine 24 hour emergency service, whether you are locked-out, locked-in or have been burgled and want your locks changed for peace of mind.

Our service is available to domestic and commercial customers. Our engineers are City & Guilds Qualified and DBS checked. We carry a wide range of parts - enabling us to complete the job on a single visit for your convenience in the majority of cases.
We use up-to-date lock technology. We can repair and replace locks on all kinds of doors, whether it’s a wooden or uPVC door. We stock 3-star anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill insurance approved cylinders to ensure that your locks are long-lasting and your property is as secure as it can be.

Saturday morning and I’m locked out of my house! I called Tim and he was able to get to me quickly and get me into my house and change the door lock. Very professional and he explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend him.

I called Tim today for an emergency call out. He explained that he was on a job, gave me an ETA and said that he’ll call me 20 minutes before arrival. He did all that. Not only that he sorted the issues out, but he picked up on another issue which could have developed into something more costly. Cannot recommend him enough. Definitely my go to locksmith. Excellent service from start to finish. Turned up promptly on the day to fix a broken lock and got it sorted quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was that he also spotted another issue with the mechanism that would likely have caused problems in the near future and fixed that as well before it became a bigger issue. Honest, knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.

I called Tim out as the key had broken in the lock mechanism of our garden office. Tim arrived the same day and within the time window that he said he would which was great as it was in the summer holidays and we didn’t have to wait in all day. He tried to fix the lock but it did need replacing, we have now a far superior lock and feel secure. Great service, very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Called Tim at 10:00am as the key in the back door had snapped off making it impossible to lock, clearly a concern. Tim said he would be there between 12:00 and 13:00, depending on traffic and his earlier jobs. He turned up in the agreed time window, introduced himself and got straight to work. Problem fixed inside 10 minutes. Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend. Not cheap but quality comes at a price

Tim came and replaced my mailbox lock. I had already tried and failed to do it myself, something that made his job harder. It took a while to drill out the old lock, but the replacement was of a higher quality and works like a charm. I had to find a locksmith to fix my front door lock - Millennium's ad said someone would answer the phone and they did. Since I wasn't going anywhere we agreed that someone would come out the next day (which was a Bank Hol), to arrive between 9.30-10.30am. Tim, the director, arrived around 10am - he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me my options, and the job was complete in about 20 minutes and I have a fully functioning front door lock. I asked for a bit of advice about my other external door locks - Tim adjusted one for me and sprayed a bit of WD40 into the other. Very polite, helpful. Don't know how the price compares to other companies but it was in line with what I guessed it might be. If I have any more lock problems, I know who I will call. Recommended.
