There was a mice infestation in the building :(, from my first contact with Sian to the last visit she was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable and thorough with the proofing. Sian answered all my questions re the infestation, I was very worried about the extent of the problem and she was able to immediately provide a great deal of information regarding where the mice where coming from and the proofing was completed to a high standard. I have a huge fear of mice and had recently moved into the property to find there was an infestation, Sian supported me in overcoming this problem and also treated another problem which was discovered which was rats. It was a real nightmare to move in and have these pest control issues but Sian successfully proofed and treated everything. I am so grateful for this and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Sian was recommended by a friend at work. She visited and immediately identified the problem and gave me great advice on where previous pest controllers had missed things. She dealt with the mice problem very quickly and over the course of 3 visits she completely removed them and blocked up all the entry points. A very thorough job, and very helpful and friendly too. We had a problem with rats both in the garden and inside our property, the loft and cavity walls. The rats had gained access via our neighbours. This trader. Miss Catchem, initially visited our property, at no cost and fully explained what she would do to investigate the issue and eradicate the rats. She surveyed the garden and around the property for any access points. We then agreed to employ her for pest control. She took measures to trace the rats routes and deal with them. She was, also was employed by our neighbour where she discovered the rats points of access, that led internally into our house.She effectively eradicated the rats inside the house, removed any corpses and continued visits until she was confident that the rats had gone. She also blocked any places inside the loft where the rats had gained access. She was reliable and kept to the appointed times. We felt she went over and above what we had expected, as compared to another pest control person we had used years ago, who had been recommended by our council. We have no reservations about recommending this trader as our experience with her was an excellent one.
