Installation was no problem clean and tidy workers . Windows were fitted to perfection. Team were so easy to get on with. An excellent job around. I would highly recommend this local company.

Monmouthshire Conservatory Co. Fitted windows and a French door in 2021. Last week one of the window latches mechanism failed. I phoned M.C.Co. At 11.30 on 21st October by 2pm an employee had attended at my house, diagnosed the problem and re-fitted a new window latch mechanism. I believe this was a fantastic service, completed without fuss and under the guarantee terms. Ten out of ten and delighted with service provided.

We had an old, tatty conservatory on the side of our house that, for the last 10 years, has been used as a dumping ground/greenhouse/firewood store. It was too cold in winter and too hot in summer to use, so we faced a dilemma about what to do with it. Having ruled out moving it as too expensive, we decided to keep the floor plan and walls and have the top rebuilt. The result was such a surprise, as it was way nicer than we could have imagined. Everyone who has seen it cannot believe it hasn’t been completely rebuilt from the ground up. We now have a room that looks like it belongs in a magazine! We would like to thank Rob Lara and Liz for all their help in making the right choices and their crew for doing such a good job. I was worried before they came, as my husband is very particular about finishing, but we had no worries. Several times, they redid various parts of the construction until they were happy without us saying anything. The conservatory stays much cooler, having a glass roof now (polycarbonate before), the glass has a slight blue tint and reflects the heat, and we are sure it will also be warmer in winter. We are waiting for a couple of trim pieces to be finished, which will happen any day now. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

We have had windows, patio doors and brickwork undertaken. Good value, excellent lead time and reliable in delivery and installation time. Great staff, exemplary communications from both the office staff and technicians. Genuinely 10/10 and they will be our 'go to' company for any of this type of work. Particularly since our experience with other builders and tradespeople has been so variable. Quality of finishing is excellent.

As part of a modernisation project, three new windows and two doors have been fitted. Craig and his team came on site at the agreed time. They worked efficiently and tidily over two days to complete the work. All the units were fitted as planned and once finished, the team cleaned and tidied up after themselves. Craig demonstrated how to operate all the windows and doors. The new units are stylish, modern and secure. I am delighted with the products and also the service, which has been excellent from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion. One very happy customer.

We are *delighted* with our new front door, it looks better than we imagined. The fitters were brilliant - they did an excellent job and were friendly, upbeat and polite (as was the person who came to measure up). They also cleared up after themselves well (at one point I thought one of them was going to vacuum the whole house!). The door and its fittings are all of really high quality. Would highly recommend Monmouthshire Conservatory Company Ltd. We have had 7 large windows replaced, a new back door and replacement patio door. The service from start to finish was excellent. Communication was very efficient as well. The price was about what we expected beforehand and was explained by the company at the survey. We felt we were in safe hands. The actual fitting process was carried out with care and effciency. The fitters were skilled, courteous very efficient and communicated clearly with us throughout. They cleaned and cleared up after each of the 4 days they were here for. We would highly recommend to others and would certainly use again if we replace further windows in the future. We decided to have a garden room built on the rear of our house and chose Monmouthshire Conservatories after reading positive reviews on social media. we struggle to put into words how delighted we are with the end product. From our first meeting with Elizabeth and Robyn through to completion we couldn't have asked for a more helpful approach. Everyone of the workers who came on site was polite and respectful and we were always kept in the loop if any changes were necessary. I know nothing about building so have to put my trust in the workers constructing the garden room. The end result looks really professional and we keep looking at it and admiring what a positive difference it has made to our home. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - Thank you Robyn, Elizabeth, Lara, Saffron and team.

We had a fairly extensive run of windows replaced along one side of a living room. The work was carried out very efficiently and without any issues, especially given that it effectively opened one side of the room to the elements (in theory). The way the work was carried out left us weather tight at the end of each day which was great. We withheld the final payment until the required scaffolding was removed as it was built around our heat pump which was a) critical to keeping us warm and b) expensive to repair! Despite this probably being quite vexatious from their point of view they handled it very professionally and we closed it all out happily when the scaffolding came down.

Monmouth Conservatories built a 12 sq metre glazed extension to our kitchen on the front of the house, for which they had to secure planning permission. They managed the whole job including ground works, brick work, frame and roof erecting, plastering, electrics, carpentry, floor tiling. Every single one of these trades was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. And the price remained the same from the original quote in Nov 22 to the final invoice Sept 23. All the tradesmen were polite, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. We love the extension. It's better than we dared anticipate and greatly admired by neighbours and family.

After having a Monmouthshire Conservatory Company in to build our rear porch/conservatory, which we were also delighted with, it was always our plan to have a new front door next, so when we finally got in touch and ordered our new Endurance door, I was very pleased to find the process was just as smooth, swift and highly professional as before. The whole team were so very helpful when choosing styles, colours and accessories, no query was too small and no number of queries was too much. I was surprised how quick it was between ordering and installation and on the day all went incredibly smoothly with no mess to clean up afterwards. Our new door is so beautiful, strong and secure I couldn't be more delighted.

Very pleased with the new conservatory and thank you to everyone involved, ie, the planning, the constructors, electrician and the plasterer. Everything went smoothly and exactly to plan. This in spite of the supply shortages affecting most of us due to Covid.

We love our Endurance door which was fitted by Monmouthshire Conservatory company. They are a lovely family run business and were very helpful through the whole process. The workers who fitted the door where really good there was no mess and the door was fitted seamlessly. We would certainly recommend this company.

From our first encounter this family-run team inspired confidence that our conservatory would be in good hands. This was the replacement of an old conservatory on its existing footing, together with replacement windows across the back our house. As the conservatory was a complex shape the work was scheduled to take a couple of weeks and the majority of the work was completed within this time. COVID-19 and post-Brexit shortages of aluminium caused the start of our conservatory to be delayed, but once the work was finally scheduled in everything happened to plan. The workmen arrived as arranged, removed the old conservatory and cleared away properly every day. There were a couple of manufacturing issues which the company contacted the manufacturers about immediately, and they kept in touch with us until they were resolved to our mutual satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommending Monmouth Conservatories.

Very professional tradesmen who knew exactly what they were doing . Old roof removed in a couple of hours, new roof made watertight before finishing for the day. Arrived early next morning and made good, worked well and by lunch time had more or less finished. Afternoon spent cleaning and tidying and made sure we were happy before leaving. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

New front door installed quickly and professionally by two pleasant fitters - install could not have gone better. Quite a long wait between ordering and installation when I had to chase for updates but comms fine during the quote and install phase. Nice to have a showroom to see examples of doors locally.

Right from the start of our planning/research Monmouth Conservatories have been extremely helpful offering ideas and solutions to create our vision. On site the all the staff from builders to electricians have been extremely polite and tidy and have been careful to ensure the guests in our holiday cottage were not disturbed by the building work and the construction area and car park were left clean. The time taken to build the conservatory itself was frustrating... for the right reasons though. As ours is a very old building with no square walls they wanted to ensure a perfect fit! I would have no hesitation in recommending Monmouth Conservatories and their excellent staff.
