Kevin was wonderful! Fixing our leaking bath tap turned out to be really tricky, it was an old tap and impossible to unscrew. Kevin took lots of trouble, finally sawing through the old tap. he fixed it perfectly. It was a really tricky job. He was very pleasant and helpful and charged very reasonably. Highly recommended.

I required a plumber to install a dishwasher, this requiring alterations to existing pipework and drainage as no previous machine had been fitted. Photos were sent to the Plumber (Kevin) to help explain the situation. Kevin initially telephoned to clarify my requirements. On arrival, Kevin confirmed the time he was starting so as to be upfront about the charges per hour. Kevin was extremely efficient and worked solidly throughout his time in my home. He arrived with the correct required parts in hand. When faced with an unexpected difficulty with gaining access to the piping behind a cupboard, he efficiently and neatly resolved the problem as had the tools required in-hand. The whole job took an hour, this including tidying up after himself. He was courteous and professional throughout. I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to give feedback here as it sadly seems rare these days to get an excellent, professional, and honest tradesperson.

Kevin is terrific. On the two occasions I have used his services—once for a leaking radiator, once for boiler issues—he was punctual, professional and diligent. Moreover, his prices are totally reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Kevin came to the rescue when I was let down by a previous plumber. I had a stuck thermostatic radiator valve - in the first instance he advised me to try with just changing the top half of the valve, as if it were the expanding capsule in the valve that was the problem, this would be the cheapest and easiest way to fix it. Sadly, it turned out to be more serious, but Kevin was able to deal with my crud-filled 1980s heating system and drain the radiators in order to change the valve completely. He kept up good communication while on the job and his price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Kevin has done a couple of jobs for me, the first was a sorting out a fairly straight forward leak in the kitchen, the second was more tricky as my boiler's condensate drainpipe was leaking. For that second job, even though he was on his way home after 6pm, Kevin still kindly came to fix it. He also kindly agreed to go and buy the pipe needed for the replacement. He did a great job and I'm very happy with his work. Would definitely use Kevin again - recommended.

I run a care business in Kensington and have used Kevin on several occasions. The first work he did for us was fixing a botch job undertaken by another plumber. He is extremely reliable, does high quality work and is always honest with timescales etc. His rates are also extremely competitive. I've actually had to call him again today for a major boiler problem and he's put us in touch with an associate he recommends.. Excellent service.
