Excellent Service. Having had Rangemaster send an engineer of their choice, whose work was MOST unsatisfactory , did not mend the fault and charged a extortionate sum of money for nothing. Moor to Sea came to our rescue and were FANTASTIC !! . An Engineer came within 4 days, found the fault ordered the part and returned within a couple of days and attached the much needed part. The Moor to Sea Office staff who dealt with the problem were friendly efficient and very knowledgeable . The technician, James, was exemplary. He knew his job and the make of oven well. His diagnoses was made within minutes and spot on. Clean tidy and most polite. A rare thing in this day and age! Hopefully we will not need a repair again, but if we did, Moor to Sea would be our first choice.

Tom, the engineer called to say the time he would arrive and he was on time. He removed the oven light cover that I found impossible to do. He showed me how to remove the oven door so I could do replace the bulb easier in the future. A simple job well done!
