I took my Fiat Punto to them in November with an alternator fault. They cured half the fault, but I still got an intermittent battery light and power steering failure. After replacing the battery and taking it to the dealer in Chipping Sodbury who advised fitting a Fiat part, I took it back to Moto Elite in April. The dealer was right, the fault was fixed. Moto Elite promised a refund on the original part if the fault did not return within a month. I called back on April 30th and they told me I was not using the car enough without asking how often I use it. Well, it is now June, the car has been used at least twice a week, 3 times some weeks, for nearly 3 months and still I wait for a refund on the original faulty part. Sorry, but after 3 years I will no longer be taking my car here.

For the last 6 years, I have taken my Peugeot Verve to Moto Elite Service Centre Ltd. Over that period, they have - serviced my car, repaired it, worn out clutch etc . Replaced worn tyres/ MOT'ed it each year. All time, the joint owners and staff, have been helpful, gave advice when I asked questions, advised me of potential problems, carried out repairs promptly, on time, and gave value for money with itemised billing. Keep records of customer service to my car. Due to a 'serious error' on my new Dacia. They carried out a FREE safety check. I am impressed!
