Move On Removals were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard‑working even in some of the hottest weather of the year. I used the packing service in addition to removals and the whole experience was excellent. Bibi was especially lovely; organised, thoughtful, and really helpful. Her questions and preparation meant everything ran smoothly. Charlie, Tomek, Gustavo, Steve, and Nick were equally excellent, working efficiently and handling everything with care. The quick, well‑coordinated unloading at my new home was particularly appreciated.

I was so impressed by the service provided by Move On Removals and Storage - I appreciated how James provided me with packing tips when he came to provide the quote and he immediately made me feel at ease with the entire removal process. Bibi and Jonathan led the charge on the removal day and I was super impressed and happy with them - they were professional, conscientious and careful, and were extremely calm (especially when I thought I had slightly underestimated the amount of space in the storage unit!!). They took the stress out of the whole move and were very accommodating in dropping a few items off at my parents' house en route! I would definitely use this service again - totally brilliant!

Overview: procedurally impeccable, highly competent and personable staff, minimised the stress of moving I found liaison with the company prior booking straightforward, whether Richard’s assessment of the job and briefing or Jo’s prompt responses to my queries (by phone and email). They completed the job to an agreed schedule: day 1 loading by Bibi and Ger; day 2 travel + unloading by Bibi and Troy. I welcomed the 2 day schedule as it enabled me to travel on day 1. This aspect of the offer clinched my choice. From our introduction I sensed that it was likely to go smoothly, which eased any anxiety I might have had. They followed the company’s process thoroughly, being clear at the outset about what they would do at each stage. Their work throughout was faultless. They were personable, especially Bibi who had the lead regarding liaison. Communication was excellent, whether giving an ETA, responding to my ad hoc queries on the job and incidental chat. Usefully, the floor was covered with sticky cellophane or cloth strips; this mattered when moving a fridge/freezer that left a trail of condensed water. On unloading, they took direction from me regarding the location of items and boxes. I was impressed with how well Bibi stacked the boxes and at how thoughtfully they positioned items, (located in a home with existing furniture) and also the way they added some items into garage storage. Finally, Bibi and I walked through the house and garage checking that everything was in place

The Move on Removals team (Cal, Charlie and Troy) were excellent throughout our move. The team were friendly, professional and extremely helpful when setting up our bed for the new home (fully disassembled and re-assembled the other side!). Although there was a delay in receiving the keys, the team were happy to wait and worked beyond half five to get the job done. My partner and I were very impressed by the service and if we ever move again, we will absolutely use them.

Jo was really helpful during a long and drawn-out moving process. The removal team were approachable, patient and fun. Lee, Troy, Ger, Max, Richard and Callum made the move day enjoyable as they were all hardworking, efficient yet relaxed. There was no damage to any items. A mark on an old flaking wall was repaired promptly with no fuss. The quote was competitive and didn't change a year later when we finally moved. We would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

They made the most stressful day of my life a breeze. Everything taken care of and lovely friendly people.

Move On have been excellent throughout the whole process - from Rich coming round to quote and offering a ton of useful tips, to the super friendly team in the office (Jo and Helen) and the brilliant guys who moved us on the day. The whole experience has been easy and nothing was too much trouble. Callum lead the team on move day and they were all so professional and friendly. They disassembled and reassembled furniture and protected everything well, including an upright piano and large american fridge/freezer. My partner and I used Move On Removals twice last year, I sold my property which included putting my stuff in storage, and then we purchased a property together. From the very beginning we were extremely impressed with Move On Removals. Communication was great from the start. We used the full packing service and they come to your house to give you a quote which we found very helpful. The whole process very transparent. On the day of both moves we found the removal people to be very efficient, friendly and hard working throughout. Everyone was great but Lee was especially helpful and made everything run smoothly. Hopefully we will not be but we would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I would have no problem recommending Move On. They were the most professional, responsive and friendliest Company I have dealt with. Our installers were brilliant when assembling the Wardrobe, even taking the item back to Ikea for us when it would not fit before returning the following day to complete the assembly. Very happy with their service and would definitely use again. I even found out from one of the installers that they did not usually install items on their own as part of their service so they had in fact gone out of their way to provide this service to us!

The team that moved us from Bristol to Devon were excellent. On time, worked flat out and took great care with our possessions; nothing was too much trouble. The company provided the cheapest quote with no hidden extras, and came up with the most sensible strategy to handle our move. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Callum and Jason were fantastic and we could not fault them. They checked with us every step of the way where things need to be placed, anything that was valuable/fragile was handled with the upmost care. We were very impressed that just two men could move all our stuff and do it in a reasonable time, loading into the van and out at the new property. They treated the house's with respect and made sure the floors where protected and the furniture that needed it. 10/10 top job. Hopefully we will not be moving a few years now but we would highly recommend Move on, as Callum and Jason took the stress out for moving and all communication from quote to moving has been fantastic.

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Rich came for a walk of the house and talked us through how they would safely pack everything away. Asked us which furniture would need to be taken apart and reassembled. Even took model number of the large fridge so they could look up how the doors came off ahead of moving day. They split the move across 2 days which ended up being a really smart move as we had 4 vans of stuff. On the first day Callum did a walk around with us and asked what we'd like to keep overnight and marked it all. Then spent the day loading up majority of the boxes/furnishings. Day 2 they had the rest of the house packed up and ready to go by 11am which included taking apart 2 bed frames, a sofa and the doors off a fridge. We received keys for the new house at around 1:30 and everything was unloaded and furniture assembled by 6pm. The hard work by all the movers(Callum, Troy, Lee and 2 others who's names escape me) made the day go by without any stress. Would be happy to use them again or recommend to friends.

We were recommended Move On by a friend. James came to our house and was very informative and helped us a lot . He suggested how to pack china and gave us tips. Richard came along and helped on the day and checked all was well, we were very impressed. On the day 5 strong men arrived and they worked so well and told us not to worry about a thing. They were business like , friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Nothing was damaged or broken and it all went very well. We have recommended them to others since as they are very good.

We were very impressed with Move on, they were recommended to us by a friend. The day went very smoothly we had 6 men helping and it went like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very friendly and strong. They took the stress of the day from us and made it easy. They arrived early and told us to not worry about a thing. James explained everything about the day and gave us confidence and helped us with tips on Packing china. He was very professional and organised the team into groups.

MoveOn Removals were absolutely brilliant. From the moment I contacted them through to moving day. Richard came to survey the property and recommended a day to pack and a day to move which was completely the right call. The guys on the job (led by Callum) were polite, respectful and such hard workers - it was two long days for them but my goodness they were grafters. Both our old property and new were treated with respect, as was our 'stuff'. Our beds were dismantled and put back up again and the guys made sure every box and every item of furniture was in the right room before they left. Unbelievably great company and highly recommend them.

Move On Removals were fantastic and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Right from the outset they really wanted to know what was important to us regarding our move. They were completely unflappable when we had to keep reviewing availability dates, and they were so accommodating. On the days of the move itself, the whole team could not have been more professional but also always friendly and understanding. Everything that needed specific handling was protected and walkways/stairs etc were covered, with result that nothing was damaged in any way. It must be about as good as a house removal gets. Thoroughly recommended.
