We chose MoveOn due to the excellent reviews. From the very first visit when Rich came to quote for the move I felt confident they were as professional as the reviews suggested. The whole experience throughout was professional. Then when discussing move dates and needing some flexibility etc Jo in the office was fantastic. Over the two days of the move we had a great team of guys. I can't praise them highly enough. The team leader Joe and his team were all completely professional, friendly and made the whole experience of moving so much less stressful. Everything was packed professionally and nothing was damaged. Before they left Joe walked around the new house with us checking everything was as it should be. We recently used Move On Removals for two moves: first from our home to storage, and then from storage to our new house. They were fantastic throughout the entire process. The office team was incredibly organized, responding to emails promptly, politely, and always with a helpful attitude. Callum led the moving team, coordinating everything seamlessly. The team worked efficiently and with great care, and it was clear they knew each other well, which created a positive, upbeat atmosphere during the move. They took excellent care of our belongings and were always willing to assist with anything we needed. After moving us into our new home, they genuinely seemed happy for us and, even after a long day, cheerfully helped us place a few extra items where we wanted them. We’ve used Move On Removals multiple times over the years, and we completely trust them to do an exceptional job every time. We highly recommend the team—every interaction with them has been outstanding.

We recently had to move at quite short notice. We had used Move On Removals before and really wanted to use them again. Jo at the office bent over backwards to get our preferred date booked in despite the short notice. Once again Rich and the team were professional, courteous and friendly throughout the whole move and made the whole thing completely stress free. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thanks guys

Absolutely AMAZING service! Right from the get go with Jo and then Rich coming out to my house to do the survey! So kind and professional and they Absolutely went above and beyond. I had James and Marc come out to do my removals and they were 10/10! Nothing was to big or small for them! They were so professional and made sure that all of my furniture was properly packaged and stored once we got to the storage facility! They took time and care and I honestly cannot thank them enough. I would 1 billion percent be using them again to take removal my items out of storage to my new property. I highly recommend them, please do not hesitate to contact them. This is a team that goes over and above to make sure everything runs smoothly. We couldn't have been more pleased or felt more safe and looked after than with Richard, Joe and the team. Jo in the office was a constant support during the never ending exchange period during several different buyers over a year!!!! I can't recommend this company highly enough, they take pride in their work and really look after the customer. I just want to say thank you for your compassion, good humor and efficiency! Amazing service from start to finish. The movers - Callum, Lee, Mark and Rich, were exceptional making our moving day a breeze. You couldn’t ask for a nicer team of people. Highly, highly recommended.

The guys at MOR&S were awesome. Total can-do attitude, always cheerful, totally flexible and at no point we heard a "no". Your move date has not been confirmed yet? No problem, we'll keep a slot for you or try to fit you in. Your move-in date hasn't been confirmed? No problem, we'll take your stuff to the destination point and will keep in storage until you're ready to move in. Then, on the day of the move, they arrived fully kitted with all sort of paddings and wrappings - tables, chairs, pictures - everything has been carefully wrapped and cradled down the stairs. Bulky items such as beds and sofas, have been taken apart and then reassembled at the destination. Not a scratch on the wall. Everything has been loaded and unloaded, and at every step they asked us how we'd like things done. We also appreciated (the guys had to stay overnight at the source point) the workers were placed in a reasonable hotel for the night- a rare care for the employees these days, and we did not mind paying a little extra for that. So, overall, a five-star experience and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. We would like to personally thank James, Jo, Richard and Joe, you've been fantastic!

Amazing work, from quote to moving. Rich came around to quote for the work, listed everything to pack and move plus knew everything about how they'd work. Then day before "Completion Day", Joe and (other) Rich came to box, pack and part load the van. Joe was exceptionally helpful, whilst a youngen, knew his stuff and ran the day brilliantly, Rich was excellent, proper gentleman and exceptionally good taking apart all my Konk furniture. Part loading the van run by Callum with Rich and Lorenzo was insane to watch, very well done and got ready for Move Day. Then on Completion Day, finished loading the vans and drove 3 hours to the new place, took the vans to a secure lockup and first thing Wednesday came in to unload and reassemble the furniture. I cannot thank Callum enough, absolute gentleman and very kind (especially after we discovered the sink rotting backboards and all the "surprises" from our sellers), and Rich & Lorenzo were absolutely brilliant, between the three of them they left us on the Wednesday with a perfectly executed move. I take my hat off to them all, whilst not cheap, the value for the money is certainly worth it.

We chose to use Move On Removals for our move last week as we were recommended them through a family friend and they really did not disappoint. Initially, Jo and Rich were super helpful during the quote stage and getting all the materials we needed beforehand. Then, on the day of the move, Callum and the team (sorry we didn’t get all the names of the guys) were incredible. They were quick, efficient and super diligent (especially on a very hot day). No damages at all and everything was put where we requested with care and attention. We really cannot recommend them enough and would definitely use them again for any future moves!
