Our Boiler broke and needed advice. Called Jim and he came and saw us that evening. He gave us a fantastic quote for new boiler and due to our emergency, he managed to get it all installed within a week. Jim advised us on the boiler we need and explained all the benefits. Jim also went through how the boiler works and kept us up to date with his progress. There was minimal disruption on the day of fitting. Clean and tidy worker. Very please with his work, Would recommend Jim to anybody. Thank you

New boiler fitted

Jim came and fitted a new boiler for us. He came and gave a quote where he spent time explaining to us the different products and the fitting process. We were able to book in quickly and at a time convenient to both parties. When he came and fitted the boiler he again explained the process and was clean and tidy. He worked hard to fit the boiler where out existing boiler was and caused minimum disruption. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone as we are thrilled with his work. Thank you

We gathered a number of quotes before finally settling on Jim Mercer and I'm so glad we chose him to replace our old, inefficient central heating. Jim listened to our requirements, made suggestions and presented us with a detailed and highly competitive quote. During the installation he kept us informed throughout, solved numerous day-to-day issues and undertook additional work in a professional and friendly manner. The end result is an efficient and seamlessly installed central heating system which should last for many years. Every aspect of the heating job was explained in full detail, giving options and costing. Listened to what we were trying to achieve and advise us accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a full refurbishment of our hot water and central heating system - the job took a week so we got to see plenty of Jim's work. We were impressed by his wide range of skills and experience. Our house is an old cob cottage with lots of non-standard issues but Jim was very good at finding solutions. You feel as if he would always sort you out rather than bodge it.
