Steve with Harvey did a full planned elecrical survey on our detached house on 15/1/24 and then replaced our old fuse box with one that reached the standard required for today. They did a tremendous job and worked so tidily and explained to this elderly gentleman all that they were doing. The work was completed as well as fitting a double socket outside plug at our conservatory very efficiently and exactly as the quoted invoice. They were very polite and respectful of our property

Over the past two years Steve has fitted bathroom lights, garage lighting, outdoor security lights and security cameras for us. He and his apprentice are always polite, friendly and highly efficient. He alerts us when he is en route to our house and works carefully and professionally when on site. He is prompt with quotes and his prices are fair. He is most definitely our "go to" electrician.

Steve fitted new ceiling lights in main room, replaced dimmer switch with two way switch either end of room. Replaced a three way switch in hall with two way switch for front hall and upstairs light. Disconnected outside light fitting and inside switch in hall. Throughout the first visit, estimate and completion of work I was very impressed with his easy to understand description of what was required, his professional way he and his assistant carried out all the work with particular attention to making no mess and tidying up before leaving. He kept us well informed of when he would be coming and arrived on time each visit and completed the work to a high standard

The lights under the kitchen cabinets were not working. He came to give us an estimate but whilst here he traced the problem and rectified it. He did not want to charge but I insisted on paying. he and his colleague were terrific.

I explained my Herschel far infrared heater was no longer working . Steve came and confirmed it was the thermostat and we agreed to replace it it with a different wireless one. I was keen to change all my thermostats but he sensibly advised me to trial the new one first before going ahead with others. He sent me a quote and I was able to. select a date for the repair easily via his emailed link. Unfortunately, he had to cancel on the day, but informed me first thing and gave me the chance to rebook straight away which was very reassuring. He has an excellent communications system via email and text. They then arrived on time, were polite and got on with doing the job. Having struggled to find reliable electricians in the past I am very pleased to have found Multi Electrical services and I will use them again.

An electric dimmer switch changed. A bathroom fan repaired. Both jobs were completed satisfactorily and with very little disruption. Very helpful and pleasant manner. We appreciated that the fan was repaired rather than just replaced, and an effort had been made to source the parts. Although these were small jobs, our initial phone call was responded to quickly and subsequent visits were booked for the work to be done. We are very happy to recommend Steve from Multielectrical Services.
