Repairs to WC cistern, hose supplying bath tap and review of boiler. Very happy that NCC able & willing to undertake these awkward repairs. I assume other plumbers were only interested in entire bathroom refits as they failed to respond following the initial visit.

Replaced fan and pump and had system cleaned. Very happy with the work. Neil was very helpful when our boiler packed up (because all the servicing we had done over the years were not actually carried out properly). He showed us what to watch out for so we know how to spot a dodgy service in the future and he spent a lot of his own time showing us how to clean/upkeep our system.

NCC have looked after our plumbing for over 10 years. This includes our home , 2 rental properties and also the plumbing for my sister and mother. He has installed new systems for all of us as part of extensive refurbishment works at a total of 4 properties. Not the cheapest, but absolutely reliable trustworthy and thorough in all aspects. I recommend highly.

Neil is the first heating engineer who has properly sorted our heating system, which includes solar. Over ten years, different heating engineers had tried and failed, fixing one problem but causing others. It has been a big headache over the years. Following a recommendation from a neighbour, Neil has just fitted a much needed new boiler and updated 9the solar pumping station. He completed the work in his efficient, friendly style, keeping me informed and dealing with different issues as they arose. He also fitted a replacement shower - he understood exactly what we wanted and I could not be more pleased.

I contacted Neil & he came along the same day & quickly located the problem & fixed it. I have British Gas cover but they could only offer a date of March 9 so being left without a boiler & no heating for so long was not an option so Neil was a life saver & charged a minimal cost. So refreshing to find a trusted professional with old fashioned standards with so many cowboys around these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I contacted Neil and explained the problem of a 17 year old leaking boiler. He asked a number of questions and offered to call in at 8am the following day. He was prompt and able to detail the work required and provide a quote there and then. This was followed up in an email that evening as promised. His work when fitting the new boiler was excellent and he fixed a number of small issues that had been left by the previous builders. He took care to ensure that we had a full understanding of the new boiler complete with remote wireless controls. He left us with all the necessary paperwork and contacted me 48 hours later to check that everything was okay.
