This is the second time we have used this company and I have to say, they don’t disappoint one bit. My carpets are looking like new again and Darren is a pleasure to have around. He’s a very friendly guy whilst keeping things very professional, arriving on time and working non stop to the end. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Darren did a first-class job with great attention to detail to produce a superb result. We are quite amazed that he got the carpets to look as good as they do. Great job, thank you.

We were given clear pre-job options. We received a reminder shortly before the start date. Work was started on time on the agreed date. This is clearly a highly professional firm with an impressive array of equipment, very different from other firms we have used. The work was carried out efficiently with a minimum disruption. The final result was above our expectations. We had been warned that some specially dirty areas (a cream carpet near an open coal fire) may not get completely clean. In fact, the result they have achieved is remarkable. At the end we were given useful advice on carpet care. We are totally pleased with all aspects of the work and not hesitate to recommend New Look CarpetCare to friends and family.

All done satisfactory. Went out and Left Darren working on his own. Phoned us when finished as agreed. I can really see a difference the carpet is much cleaner. Have used this company for many many years and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My wife and I were very impressed with the service and the result of the lounge and dining rooms which was completed today. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Dan arrived at the time expected after sending an email confirming the appointment. He explained the process and checked the carpet out for marks highlighting what had caused many of them. he also checked over the two settees and advised on the marks on them, he said that he was sure that most of them on the carpet and settees could be removed however he could not guarantee this until his technician came. Darren arrived the next day on time and started work after inspecting the issues, he work solidly and methodical cleaning the two settees and set to work on the carpet. he explained what he was doing at every stage and we are very pleased with what he has achieved. Both the carpet and settees look very good, he then gave us guidance as to when we could bring back in the other furniture and as the carpet is guaranteed for 6 months he said any problems just give them a ring and they would be back. Overall I would highly recommend this company for the high level of service and reasonable prices

I have found this company to be very efficient and polite. Booking was easy, they came on time and my carpets look like they did when new. I have used them before and I would use them again.

From a leaflet drop through the letter box, Dan came to quote. Although only 2 rooms probably necessary, opted to have 5 (largish) rooms cleaned. Makes a difference to the whole house. Darren was very efficient and professional. Arrived on time, moved furniture I couldn’t, and put it back in place. Treated a couple of ‘moth’ spots. Very good job done. Thank you.

We have recently moved and the carpets badly needed a clean and were stained in places. Dan came around promptly and was very knowledgeable. We were able to book an appointment for a few days later and Darren was very efficient and explained the whole process. He managed to remove the stains. We were very pleased because having your carpets cleaned is a major upheaval and it all went very smoothly with excellent results.

Darren did a thorough job on most of our carpets which looked like new when he had finished. Quite remarkable considering they are twenty years old.

Having inherited two little dogs over a year ago who hadn't been completely house trained, my poor lounge carpet suffered a number of "accidents". Despite my own best efforts the numerous stains were still there for all to see and I was seriously considering replacing the carpet altogether. I really didn't think that even a professional clean would do much good, especially as some of the stains were several months old. However as I had used New Look Carpet Care once before and they were top class, (even though at that time I hadn't given them such a tough test with so many old doggie stains) I decided to give it a go and so I called them in. Wow - I'm so glad I did. The result is outstanding. Darren, who did the cleaning, has worked miracles & managed to get rid of 99.9% of the stains. I wouldn't have thought it possible, but the carpet is practically like new. Just the faintest mark which barely shows in a couple of places and you have to look very hard. Needless to say I am extremely pleased and I would certainly pass on my wholehearted recommendations to anyone who is thinking about having their carpets cleaned. Outstanding.

A wholly positive engagement: Darren came on time, related well to the customer and explained what he was doing as he went along. An acciental breakage of a largish flower pot occurred, for which he cleaned a corridor carpet at no extra charge. Courtoeus and good-humoured throughout.

What a fantastic local independent company. This is the second time that New Look Carpet Care have cleaned my carpets. Once again I am delighted with the results. Darren arrived on time and was most professional in the way he worked , leaving me with what looked like new carpets ! In addition, Darren left a bottle of stain remover which can be requested again if required. A particular bonus with this company is that you can upgrade the six month warranty to a twelve month warranty for a relatively small amount. On the previous occasion that my carpets were cleaned I had to call them out because of spillage, which was promptly dealt with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company
