I have used New Look Carpet Care before and every time they just do a great job. Punctual, courteous and the carpets look and feel like new again. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I had neglected my cream carpet and planned to replace it but soon realised how much cheaper it is to have it cleaned than replaced! New Look Carpet Care were lovely to deal with and left me with a carpet that looks like new for the fraction of the cost of getting a new one. Didn't take long to do the work or to dry afterwards. Would absolutely use them again.

Excellent job carried out by a polite and helpful operative. Arrived at exactly the appointed time, having set off early and waited round the corner until 8 a.m. Made a huge improvement to cleanliness of carpets in a rental property. Have used this company before and will certainly do so again.

Very professional, efficient, thorough and friendly service. The results of the clean were the best I've had from carpet cleaning. They carpets look new! Can't recommend highly enough and I had an offer from a flier of book two rooms and get one free.

The work involved cleaning the carpet in the lounge, main bedroom, landing and on the stairs. All had been done before, but not for a few years - and the lounge in particular had suffered a few "doggie accidents" which despite my best efforts with Vanish still left tell-tale signs of faint discolouration. Darren turned up on the agreed date and I found him waiting in the road outside, too polite to knock on the door because he was quite early !! I was delighted to see him no matter how early so I ushered him in to get started. You couldn't ask for someone more polite, diligent, helpful & hardworking. What a credit to his company. Apart from keeping me informed of what room he was doing next, he worked solidly for the 4 hours he was in my house. It was a longer job than previous companies I have used because there are more stages in the overall process involved - all designed to make sure the end result is a perfect finish. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but as other reviewers have noted, you get what you pays for. And this is a top class job. My carpets look SO good. The pile is restored & even the faint discolorations I mentioned earlier (due to "doggie accidents") have practically disappeared without trace. Amazing. Definitely worth the extra cost and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has yet to make up their mind.

This is the second time we have used New Look Carpet Care and have found them to be excellent. They arrive promptly and get down to work quickly and efficiently. This last job involved two days of work, under trying circumstances as there were still other workmen on site. Darren performed extremely capably, working alongside and around the other trades, and the job was finished on time to an impeccable standard. Highly recommended.

Had 2 large rooms on ground floor, stairs, Hall and 2 landings cleaned. Everything was very efficient from the visit to assess and give estimates to the completion of work. Daren arrived punctually and finished an excellent job on the expected time given. Received help and advice on questions asked both from Dan and Darren. The carpets look like new. Large job to undertake for any household made easier by their efficiency and helpfulness. Possibly not the cheapest but worth it for their knowledge, efficiency and we feel the carpets not only cleaned thoroughly but given the right care and attention.

The carpet cleaner turned up exactly on time. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets in four rooms plus hallway and explained everything he would be doing. Set his equipment up quickly and with minimal intrusion. Completed the job quickly and efficiently. Also offered to help move furniture back into position which was not part of the agreed job.

I was delighted with New Look Carpet Care’s service. They cleaned a carpet and 4 sofas for me and managed to remove some nasty spots on a new carpet. They were very helpful and gave good instructions about drying. I would be very happy to have them back again.

Two downstairs carpets a bedroom carpet and a rug where all looking tired and grubby. They are a few years old, regularly hoovered but never cleaned. I don't know what magic ingredient they use to clean them, but they came up looking like new! Amazing. Darren arrived bang on time, worked hard, was polite and gave advised carpet care.

Darren moved some furniture when necessary. he left us with shoe covers to use until carpets were dry. A spot cleaner was also left to use for future mishaps. The quote was honoured.
