Established in 1989, New Look Carpet Care Ltd offers carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning services within a 25 mile radius of Camberley, Surrey, GU15.
We are a non franchised family run business which is Woolsafe approved and Master Rug Cleaner certified. All solutions used are detergent-free, environmentally friendly,wool safe and leave no dirt-attracting residue.
We always pre-spray and then agitate this spray into carpets to loosen any deep soil and prepare for cleaning; this is followed by a defoaming solution to neutralise any residues from previous cleaning. These two steps are vital to obtain a really good result. We then use our truck mounted hot water systems to clean as this enables us to use hotter water giving a much deeper clean and as the extraction is much stronger the carpets are left only slightly damp with a much quicker drying time.
We also operate a dedicated rug cleaning facility in Camberley for expert cleaning and treatment of rugs; which require specialist treatment.

Dan arrived on time & moved the last objects of furniture, as I have M.S, so certain objects I was unable to move. He explained what he was going to do & spent three & a half hours cleaning the carpets. After he had finished he told me how long I should wait before putting the furniture back & why. I was given shoe covers to wear when walking on the damp carpets & told to be aware that these can become very slippery when walking on my tiled floor, an important point for me! All in all I am very pleased with the service provided & would recommend this company & Dan!

Had our hall carpet cleaned today and am absolutely delighted with the result - the carpet looks like new, even difficult and old stains were removed. Everything in dealing with this company was perfect: the initial phone contact to arrange for a representative to give a quote and explain what is going to be done and how to letting us know that the operative (Neil) was on his way to us. Neil was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, he worked very hard and clearly took great pride in his work. This is a company and service I recommend highly and without any hesitation, certainly will call on them again.

After carefully reviewing a number of firms, I selected New Look Carpet Care to completely renovate all of the carpets in my house : after over 20 years service, the place was in desperate need of a deep spring clean. Well, the team was superb, professional and well-equipped to carry out a pretty difficult job over a period of 7 hours. From start to finish, the service was exactly what I expected, and the result was worth every penny spent. This is a family-owned business, and it shows in the results. Well done, Darren and Neil!

I have used several other company’s for carpet cleaning and although the carpets have looked a lot better, I’m still amazed at the wonderful job this company have made of my carpets. Every single stain and mark removed. In fact, Darren with his thorough cleaning has actually brought my carpets back to looking like new, I’m so impressed I won’t hesitate to recommend this company in the future. Darren arrived on time ( after sitting down the road as he was early). He explained what he was going to do- he said the whole thing ( basically most of the downstairs and stairs/landing) would take most of the morning and true enough he finished at about 12 noon. The carpet clean was excellent-he did point out a couple of areas where there had been stubborn stains and said to wait a couple of days to see if they did reappear and if so he would come back-they didn’t but good to know you have some after care service. We’ve used New Look before and have always been delighted with the service and the way they have gone about the job.

Dan arrived on time to inspect the carpets that needed to be cleaned. He was extremely pleasant and professional in his approach and I was pleased with the quotation that he provided. I was given a time and date and the name of the person who would be cleaning the carpets. Darren arrived exactly as promised and on time. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. He assessed the task and started on the job of cleaning the carpets, paying attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the way Darren worked or the result that he achieved. I have used New Look many times over the years, but with lock down last year this was the first time for over two years. Carpets and a rug have come up beautifully after some exceptionally hard wear! A member of the family had fallen down the stairs so we had tea and blood stains to be removed. We were given an estimate of the cost and warned that it might not be possible to completely remove the stains, but as it was a new carpet we were prepared to go ahead. Darren arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and and we had the utmost confidence with him. The result was amazing, it is impossible to see where any of the stains were and I was grateful that he was able to remove the blood stains. I would definitely recommend New Look Carpet Care .

Not the first time I’ve used this company but first for cleaning furniture. A bit nervous as fabric was expensive but I had a sample which was tested on first with good results. My carpet was overdue for cleaning, and I really didn't expect the results I got! The whole process from initial contact to finished job was friendly and professional.
