From start to finish we are very impressed with this company. Neil cleaned our carpets to a very high standard having arrived on time and working for 5 hours non stop. We would unhesitatingly recommend this company and will use them again.

We don't usually respond to flyers through the letterbox but this time we are glad that we did. The flyer came on an A4 bright yellow four-sided card that explained the procedures. We were visited, measured and quoted. No pressure and no 'over-egging' the requirement and our concerns and questions were addressed. We were given a date and what was expected from us beforehand. This was followed up in writing and a telephone call a week before the appointment. We were most impressed with Darren's professionalism. He was smartly turned out, polite and knew what he was about. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take and what was necessary for us to do afterwards. The carpets are almost new again! Well done New Look and Darren.

The carpet was really badly stained on the stairs and in the bedroom due to my lovely dog and my clumsiness and I didn't think it would recover. Dan's team did such an amazing job - the carpet has come up almost like new. The service delivery was excellent, with great politeness and courtesy. The work was done quickly and efficiently and was very good value for money. I can highly recommend New Look Carpet Care - this is the 3rd time I've used them and they do not disappoint!

This is the 3rd time we have used this carpet cleaning company with excellent results. Darren arrived on time and did a splendid job. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

It may be more expensive but the service is gold star. Darren was considerate, hard working, communicative, when necessary, but was mainly in the background doing a good job keeping me informed at all times. The suite and carpets look and smell good all ready for the Spring.

Today Darren from New Look Carpet Care Ltd visited and cleaned our hall and stairway carpet. Prior to this a company rep had visited us to review the works and gave us advice on the job. He said that the stain we had may not be able to be fully removed as it was from a glue adhesive used on a membrane designed to protect carpets during construction works. He said this had caused issues on other jobs and did not think the protection membrane should be used for this reason. He gave us the opportunity to have a sample doing prior to deciding if we should go ahead. The cost for the sample works was expensive in relation to the job itself and it made more sense to do the works in full and hope it would work. The gentleman who did the works was polite and efficient and took covid protection measures and provided protection to other surfaces not being cleaned. He did a thoroughly proffesional job and it looks like the stain has been fully removed. The only thing I could say that is not favourable is that it did seem expensive if we had decided to do a trial patch first. However I fully understand the reason for that and glad we decided to do the job and fortuntely the stain was able to be removed. Yes I would recommend this company to clean your carpets. They are able to advise you beforehand of ther pro's and cons and allow you to decide whats best to do and - if you go ahead - on arrival they do a great job. Thankyou again Darren.

We had chairs sofa and carpet cleaned in the sitting room. A personal visit was made to look at the job and give a quote. We had had to change the date of our initial appointment due to family circumstances which was done with no fuss. Darren arrived on time as arranged by the confirmation phone call from New Look. He handled all our furniture with respect and did a magnificent job. By using industrial fans while he was in the house and propping cushions against radiators he was able to get everything fairly dry before he left and we could sit on the chairs by the evening which was excellent for a damp November day. We could not move the TV easily but Darren pulled it out sufficiently to clean behind. He used a van mounted washer for most of the work which was superb. He left the hall he had come through hoovered beautifully too. He checked that every thing ewas as we wanted before he left and explained what he was doing throughout. We will certainly use this company again.

New Look are a friendly, polite company to deal with. They did an excellent job cleaning our lounge, hall, stairs and landing carpets. The carpets have had heavy use since our last clean, especially with 2 Labradors in the household, and now look fresh and clean again. We have used New Look a few times now and will use them again.

I am delighted to say that Darren came on the appointed time and cleaned my carpet and rugs and I cannot praise them enough - for their professionalism Paid attention to detail and was most pleasant and helpful in every way I will most certainly go back to New Look Carpets when I have a problem with my carpets

We were visited before the quote was given to agree what would be done and agree what we would clear and time and date of arrival of cleaner. We sent an antique rug away for cleaning and have been updated on progress. Darren, works very tidily and puts special sliders under heavy chairs so we do not have to remove them. He leaves foil caps under them after completion to avoid marks. He has an industrial fan running to keep the work area as dry as possible. The work is done to an excellent standard and the arrival time was as agreed and we are pleased to reuse this company when we need a carpet cleaned.

Darren was so professional and thorough. He did his best to clean a very stained carpet and did an excellent job. The company sent several reminders prior to the appointment and Darren arrived punctually on the day.

Everything about the service from this company is excellent. The attention to detail is faultless and the carpets look like new after they have been cleaned.
