Dan arrived on time to inspect the carpets that needed to be cleaned. He was extremely pleasant and professional in his approach and I was pleased with the quotation that he provided. I was given a time and date and the name of the person who would be cleaning the carpets. Darren arrived exactly as promised and on time. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. He assessed the task and started on the job of cleaning the carpets, paying attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the way Darren worked or the result that he achieved. When further carpets need to be cleaned I will definitely be contacting New Look Carpet Care.

The work involved cleaning the carpet in the lounge, main bedroom, landing and on the stairs. All had been done before, but not for a few years - and the lounge in particular had suffered a few "doggie accidents" which despite my best efforts with Vanish still left tell-tale signs of faint discolouration. Darren turned up on the agreed date and I found him waiting in the road outside, too polite to knock on the door because he was quite early !! I was delighted to see him no matter how early so I ushered him in to get started. You couldn't ask for someone more polite, diligent, helpful & hardworking. What a credit to his company. Apart from keeping me informed of what room he was doing next, he worked solidly for the 4 hours he was in my house. It was a longer job than previous companies I have used because there are more stages in the overall process involved - all designed to make sure the end result is a perfect finish. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but as other reviewers have noted, you get what you pays for. And this is a top class job. My carpets look SO good. The pile is restored & even the faint discolorations I mentioned earlier (due to "doggie accidents") have practically disappeared without trace. Amazing. Definitely worth the extra cost and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has yet to make up their mind.

Cleaned very grubby dining room carpet and carpet in two bedrooms. Also two upholstered armchairs and six upholstered dining chairs, all of which needed freshening up. We were particularly pleased with how the dining room carpet came up, all stains removed and pile lifted. The armchairs responded well to a good clean and everything now smells and looks so much better. Took a little while longer than expected to dry, but the weather and temperature has been awful which didn't help.

We have used New Look Carpet Care for many years and the result as always was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used these people before quite simply because they are the best in the area. Their system is vehicle based rather than the "modified Hoover" that many others use. As such it is far more powerful and does a better job. However, it seems expensive but it is a case of getting what you pay for. Staff are excellent and very reliable.

My carpets in the living room, study and stairs & landing were cleaned again today by New Look Carpets. A very professional and thorough job yet again. Carpets now look and feel like new. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Fantastic job!

It may be more expensive but the service is gold star. Darren was considerate, hard working, communicative, when necessary, but was mainly in the background doing a good job keeping me informed at all times. The suite and carpets look and smell good all ready for the Spring.

The company owner came on the 2nd of December and gave us an estimate for the work to be done. He impressed us with his knowledge of what was needed. He was very professional and we appreciated that there was no hard-sell. Darren arrived early on the appointed day and carried out the work effectively without any fuss. Before starting, he made sure we were happy with what he was about to do. On completion after 7 hours continuous work, he gave us advice on a suitable drying regime. We would thoroughly recommend this company both because of their efficiency and their pricing.

My carpets had not been cleaned for nearly two years and with 2 dogs and then daughter home from Uni full time during lockdown, the carpets were in dire need of attention. The sitting room carpet now looks clean again and thanks to New Look Carpet Care, the carpet should hopefully last a lot longer (its already 23 years old)

Have used this company a few times before. Always a professional assessment from Darren to advise re the job to be done. Dan the operator arrived promptly and worked hard for 3hours. We have cream coloured carpets which were not too grubby but the odd coffee stain! They now look refreshed and almost like new!

This is the first time I have used New Look Carpet Care and the recommendation came from my sister. This amazing company transformed my sisters 23 year old carpets back to new! I was a bit apprehensive at first, as my 8 year old carpet was so badly stained, due to an extension, new windows etc. and also the introduction of my daughter's new puppy to my house 2 years ago. Darren arrived on time and was so professional and totally respectful that I was working from my home office. Yes, the cost is not cheap, but then you get what you pay for and Darren managed to remove all the awful stains from my carpets and they look like brand new! I had the lounge, stairs and landing carpets cleaned and would highly recommend this company. I will continue to use this company as and when my carpets need a clean as I'm still in total shock how amazing they look. My poor family and friends are now being asked to remove their shoes in my porch, but they are fine about it as they can see how good the carpets look. Excellent job carried out by a polite and helpful operative. Arrived at exactly the appointed time, having set off early and waited round the corner until 8 a.m. Made a huge improvement to cleanliness of carpets in a rental property. Have used this company before and will certainly do so again.

I have used them once before and sought them out again this time although I could get carpets cleaned for less but its usually a waste of money. The work put in to cleaning is exemplary. Its a very professional set up. Unfortunately we have some stains from our dog but they got these out where no-one else can. Would recommend without hesitation
