Everything from the quotation visit, booking reminders and cleaning day was handled efficiently by the friendly team. Great care was taken to protect floors + other furniture during the upholstery cleaning and I was very happy with the result for the sofa and carpets. A totally reliable company and I would use them again, and recommend to others.

Two downstairs carpets a bedroom carpet and a rug where all looking tired and grubby. They are a few years old, regularly hoovered but never cleaned. I don't know what magic ingredient they use to clean them, but they came up looking like new! Amazing. Darren arrived bang on time, worked hard, was polite and gave advised carpet care.

We were visited before the quote was given to agree what would be done and agree what we would clear and time and date of arrival of cleaner. We sent an antique rug away for cleaning and have been updated on progress. Darren, works very tidily and puts special sliders under heavy chairs so we do not have to remove them. He leaves foil caps under them after completion to avoid marks. He has an industrial fan running to keep the work area as dry as possible. The work is done to an excellent standard and the arrival time was as agreed and we are pleased to reuse this company when we need a carpet cleaned.

Good communication prior to our bedroom, stairs and landing carpets being cleaned. Darren was very professional, curteous and careful. He succeeded in getting stains out of the carpet, which previous cleaners had not. He explained exactly where there may be a few problems getting one carpet completely clean, but managed to do it.

A wholly positive engagement: Darren came on time, related well to the customer and explained what he was doing as he went along. An acciental breakage of a largish flower pot occurred, for which he cleaned a corridor carpet at no extra charge. Courtoeus and good-humoured throughout.

Having inherited two little dogs over a year ago who hadn't been completely house trained, my poor lounge carpet suffered a number of "accidents". Despite my own best efforts the numerous stains were still there for all to see and I was seriously considering replacing the carpet altogether. I really didn't think that even a professional clean would do much good, especially as some of the stains were several months old. However as I had used New Look Carpet Care once before and they were top class, (even though at that time I hadn't given them such a tough test with so many old doggie stains) I decided to give it a go and so I called them in. Wow - I'm so glad I did. The result is outstanding. Darren, who did the cleaning, has worked miracles & managed to get rid of 99.9% of the stains. I wouldn't have thought it possible, but the carpet is practically like new. Just the faintest mark which barely shows in a couple of places and you have to look very hard. Needless to say I am extremely pleased and I would certainly pass on my wholehearted recommendations to anyone who is thinking about having their carpets cleaned. Outstanding.

First time I'd had this carpet cleaned but, after years of visitors, some with dogs, and it being the main thoroughfare through the bungalow, I felt it was about time. Initially I'd thought the price rather high but, after speaking to a gentleman in the office, I decided to get the job done properly and I'm thankful that I did. A lot has happened since the job was done in July and I can't remember the name of the chap who did it. All I can say is that he was prompt, efficient and very courteous. I have been very impressed with all my dealings with this company. All the staff are courteous and polite, appointments are kept, calls returned and when I experienced a slight problem, I received complete reassurance that it would be resolved if necessary. The carpet cleaner turned up exactly on time. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets in four rooms plus hallway and explained everything he would be doing. Not the first time I’ve used this company but first for cleaning furniture. A bit nervous as fabric was expensive but I had a sample which was tested on first with good results. Chair was cleaned with all care taken and covers laid to protect surroundings. Results were very satisfactory. Very good service as usual. Communication also very good.

The company did an excellent job cleaning all the carpets in our home. Darren arrived punctually. My lounge carpet was cleaned earlier today and it looks super clean now. The man was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about his job. I had the quote for the work a couple of days ago and that’s the same price that I paid. Brilliant job!

Had 2 large rooms on ground floor, stairs, Hall and 2 landings cleaned. Everything was very efficient from the visit to assess and give estimates to the completion of work. Daren arrived punctually and finished an excellent job on the expected time given. Received help and advice on questions asked both from Dan and Darren. The carpets look like new. Large job to undertake for any household made easier by their efficiency and helpfulness. Possibly not the cheapest but worth it for their knowledge, efficiency and we feel the carpets not only cleaned thoroughly but given the right care and attention.

Darren did a thorough job on most of our carpets which looked like new when he had finished. Quite remarkable considering they are twenty years old.

We have recently moved and the carpets badly needed a clean and were stained in places. Dan came around promptly and was very knowledgeable. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Dan arrived at the time expected after sending an email confirming the appointment. He explained the process and checked the carpet out for marks highlighting what had caused many of them. he also checked over the two settees and advised on the marks on them, he said that he was sure that most of them on the carpet and settees could be removed however he could not guarantee this until his technician came. Darren arrived the next day on time and started work after inspecting the issues, he work solidly and methodical cleaning the two settees and set to work on the carpet. he explained what he was doing at every stage and we are very pleased with what he has achieved. Both the carpet and settees look very good, he then gave us guidance as to when we could bring back in the other furniture and as the carpet is guaranteed for 6 months he said any problems just give them a ring and they would be back. Overall I would highly recommend this company for the high level of service and reasonable prices

We had chairs sofa and carpet cleaned in the sitting room. A personal visit was made to look at the job and give a quote. We had had to change the date of our initial appointment due to family circumstances which was done with no fuss. Darren arrived on time as arranged by the confirmation phone call from New Look. He handled all our furniture with respect and did a magnificent job. By using industrial fans while he was in the house and propping cushions against radiators he was able to get everything fairly dry before he left and we could sit on the chairs by the evening which was excellent for a damp November day. We could not move the TV easily but Darren pulled it out sufficiently to clean behind. He used a van mounted washer for most of the work which was superb. He left the hall he had come through hoovered beautifully too. He checked that every thing ewas as we wanted before he left and explained what he was doing throughout. We will certainly use this company again.

We were given clear pre-job options. We received a reminder shortly before the start date. Work was started on time on the agreed date. This is clearly a highly professional firm with an impressive array of equipment, very different from other firms we have used. The work was carried out efficiently with a minimum disruption. The final result was above our expectations. We had been warned that some specially dirty areas (a cream carpet near an open coal fire) may not get completely clean. In fact, the result they have achieved is remarkable. At the end we were given useful advice on carpet care. We are totally pleased with all aspects of the work and not hesitate to recommend New Look CarpetCare to friends and family.

Today Darren from New Look Carpet Care Ltd visited and cleaned our hall and stairway carpet. Prior to this a company rep had visited us to review the works and gave us advice on the job. He said that the stain we had may not be able to be fully removed as it was from a glue adhesive used on a membrane designed to protect carpets during construction works. He said this had caused issues on other jobs and did not think the protection membrane should be used for this reason. He gave us the opportunity to have a sample doing prior to deciding if we should go ahead. The cost for the sample works was expensive in relation to the job itself and it made more sense to do the works in full and hope it would work. The gentleman who did the works was polite and efficient and took covid protection measures and provided protection to other surfaces not being cleaned. He did a thoroughly proffesional job and it looks like the stain has been fully removed. The only thing I could say that is not favourable is that it did seem expensive if we had decided to do a trial patch first. However I fully understand the reason for that and glad we decided to do the job and fortuntely the stain was able to be removed. Yes I would recommend this company to clean your carpets. They are able to advise you beforehand of ther pro's and cons and allow you to decide whats best to do and - if you go ahead - on arrival they do a great job. Thankyou again Darren.

Darren arrived on time ( after sitting down the road as he was early). He explained what he was going to do- he said the whole thing ( basically most of the downstairs and stairs/landing) would take most of the morning and true enough he finished at about 12 noon. The carpet clean was excellent-he did point out a couple of areas where there had been stubborn stains and said to wait a couple of days to see if they did reappear and if so he would come back-they didn’t but good to know you have some after care service. We’ve used New Look before and have always been delighted with the service and the way they have gone about the job.

The work involved cleaning the carpet in the lounge, main bedroom, landing and on the stairs. All had been done before, but not for a few years - and the lounge in particular had suffered a few "doggie accidents" which despite my best efforts with Vanish still left tell-tale signs of faint discolouration. Darren turned up on the agreed date and I found him waiting in the road outside, too polite to knock on the door because he was quite early !! I was delighted to see him no matter how early so I ushered him in to get started. You couldn't ask for someone more polite, diligent, helpful & hardworking. What a credit to his company. Apart from keeping me informed of what room he was doing next, he worked solidly for the 4 hours he was in my house. It was a longer job than previous companies I have used because there are more stages in the overall process involved - all designed to make sure the end result is a perfect finish. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but as other reviewers have noted, you get what you pays for. And this is a top class job. My carpets look SO good. The pile is restored & even the faint discolorations I mentioned earlier (due to "doggie accidents") have practically disappeared without trace. Amazing. Definitely worth the extra cost and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has yet to make up their mind.

Cleaned very grubby dining room carpet and carpet in two bedrooms. Also two upholstered armchairs and six upholstered dining chairs, all of which needed freshening up. We were particularly pleased with how the dining room carpet came up, all stains removed and pile lifted. The armchairs responded well to a good clean and everything now smells and looks so much better. Took a little while longer than expected to dry, but the weather and temperature has been awful which didn't help.

I have used these people before quite simply because they are the best in the area. Their system is vehicle based rather than the "modified Hoover" that many others use. As such it is far more powerful and does a better job. However, it seems expensive but it is a case of getting what you pay for. Staff are excellent and very reliable.

Its a very professional set up. Unfortunately we have some stains from our dog but they got these out where no-one else can. Would recommend without hesitation

The carpet was really badly stained on the stairs and in the bedroom due to my lovely dog and my clumsiness and I didn't think it would recover. Dan's team did such an amazing job - the carpet has come up almost like new. The service delivery was excellent, with great politeness and courtesy. New Look Carpet Care are my go-to carpet cleaners. Their professionalism is beyond reproach - from the quote through to completion. Darren worked enthusiastically and cleanly - leaving my carpet virtually like new. His challenge had been to remove some unsightly remnants of bloodstains......not a pretty sight! When he left there were no stains - just a beautifully restored beige carpet! Will definitely get them back to refresh the rest of the carpets in the flat. Can thoroughly recommend with confidence.

Darren arrived punctually, was considerate, helpful and tidy. He was here for about 3 hours thoroughly cleaning a large carpet (20 x 20 ft) using various cleaners to remove odd spots and did an excellent job cleaning the 23-year-old carpet and leaving look nearly new. Although a little skeptical to start with, I am very pleased with the result and hope this will extend the life of the carpet a few more years. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to rejuvenate and old carpet.

Darren did a really great job on a carpet I'd really given up on. Was about to have it replaced with laminate/vinyl but he managed to get some really nasty old stains out and it looks fantastic. He was quick, friendly and efficient.

It was easy to book an appointment. Everyone from the receptionist, to Nigel the estimator, to Darren the guy who did the cleaning, was respectful, pleasant & professional. They don't try to oversell. They genuinely recommend to what extent various rooms need cleaning. I ended up having some rooms cleaned & in others, just spot cleaning, doorways & draught marks. The price was very reasonable. However foremost, I felt confident with their approach, & I trusted them. Without a doubt I would recommend them & I would use them again.

This is the third time I have used this company, and I would heartily recommend them. Anita in the office is exceedingly helpful, and Darren, who has done the work of cleaning the carpets, is polite, efficient, and very hard working. The first visit was a general clean of all my carpets 2-3 years ago, and subsequent visits have been to deal with various spills on the living room carpet (including red wine, and the consequences of a dog having a bad tummy!). The results have been amazing - there may still be a faint mark but hardly visible. I am delighted with this company and would have no hesitation using them again

The carpets on our stairs, landing, breakfast area, and a rug in our lounge were looking grubby and jaded. After Darren's visit, and a couple of hours or so hard work, everything looked clean and fresh, and the pile on the carpets looked great. The dirt brought to the surface and then vacuumed up was quite something. Darren was excellent, explained the stages of the job, advised us on how long to leave things to dry, and explained the after-care guarantees. Darren was punctual, informative, and a pleasure to deal with.

Darren completed a very satisfactory clean on a number of rooms in our house. He was very efficient and a pleasant character. We will use this company again. The only problem we had was that the company has so many special offers and the employee who came to give us an estimate found it very difficult to compare the different offers. He did not know about some of them although they were clearly on the leaflet which we had delivered to her house.

First time we'd used New Look Carpet Care - a great service from start to finish. Carpet cleaning was done by Neil, a lovely chap, very thorough and knowledgeable. One mark on the carpet we weren't sure if it would come out first time and we were warned of that, but it did. Hooray. I won't be using anyone else for carpet cleaning from now on.

We had used the company before and based on past experience as well as with other providers we requested a quote. Quote options were provided and the differences explained. Advice was given on not to have kelim cleaned on the basis of poor value of money for the quality and age of the item. A date for work was offered and checked a few days prior to the work. Darren the operative was professional, caring and thorough as well as friendly. He also offered advice for the future and all in all an excellent and quality service.

We don't usually respond to flyers through the letterbox but this time we are glad that we did. The flyer came on an A4 bright yellow four-sided card that explained the procedures. We were visited, measured and quoted. No pressure and no 'over-egging' the requirement and our concerns and questions were addressed. We were given a date and what was expected from us beforehand. This was followed up in writing and a telephone call a week before the appointment. We were most impressed with Darren's professionalism. He was smartly turned out, polite and knew what he was about. Had our hall carpet cleaned today and am absolutely delighted with the result - the carpet looks like new, even difficult and old stains were removed. Everything in dealing with this company was perfect: the initial phone contact to arrange for a representative to give a quote and explain what is going to be done and how to letting us know that the operative (Neil) was on his way to us. Unfortunately we bought a rather too light plain carpet for various downstairs rooms and stairs, not allowing for heavy use and subject to a lot of wear in some areas, including the main hall. This was now the third time Darren has successfully cleaned all the carpets, removed all the marks and treated the carpet with protection spray which really works.

Darren arrived well before time, was very professional in his manner and how he cleaned our two three-seater settees, two armchairs and pouffe that had 20 years of grubbiness.
