Ollie recently carried out our annual boiler service and, as always, the experience was excellent. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took the time to check the whole system properly rather than just doing a quick tick-box service. He explained what he was doing, confirmed everything was working as it should. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and communication beforehand was straightforward and easy. It is great to have someone who is knowledgeable, professional and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. We have used Ollie and Norwich Heating Engineers for over 12years, and they have completed all jobs including a full central heating installation, radiator relocation, kitchen install and we have always been very happy with the quality of the work completed. We continue to use them for servicing and would happily recommend them to others.

Great work again from Dan and Ollie. Fitted a new towel rail in my shower room as the old one was leaking. Quick communication and fitted the job in last minute which was a real help. Had a boiler install and new bathroom fitted last year which was outstanding, very clean and tidy service. Won’t hesitate to use them for all work going forward and would thoroughly recommend.

We were introduced to Ollie and Dan by our Kitchen fitter last year and they did a great job of moving our boiler and other kitchen plumbing. We have always had issues with some radiators not heating up or taking hours to get slightly warm. Ollie advised us on the work needed to remedy this. It wasn't straight forward but Ollie and Dan did a great job and now we have a lovely warm house, which gets to temperature within half an hour. Highly recommend Ollie and Dan.

Ollie has come across as a very disorganised and disrespectful gas technician. He installed a new boiler in my home in August 2025, and since the installation the house has consistently remained cold. The majority of the radiators are either not working or not balanced correctly. One radiator in the entrance hall has not worked at all since the boiler was replaced. Ollie has repeatedly blamed small bore pipework for the blockage, which raises the question of why the system was not properly cleaned or flushed before installing a brand-new boiler. To make matters worse, the new installation lost pressure while we were away on holiday. We returned to a cold, damp house, which was extremely disappointing and concerning given the boiler was newly installed. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating, and the issues remain unresolved long after the installation.

Dan was excellent - polite, knowledgeable and competent in equal measure. Such a relief following a poor experience with another company. Will absolutely use Norwich Heating Engineer Ltd. again.

Ollie and Daniel was amazing from start to finish. Well where do I start… The work was finished within 3 and half days and said it would be done in 4. They worked very hard explaining things along the way. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The house is now lovely and warm and we are really pleased. Ollie and Dan did an absolutely fantastic job on my combi boiler conversion! Not only are they incredibly professional and skilled at what they do, but they’re also genuinely nice guys who were a pleasure to have around. We presented Ollie with quite a challenge. We wanted our antiquated heating system zoned and the heating to reach the top floor radiators. Pipework had been installed over a number of years in a haphazard fashion. Previous plumbers had asked for a day to do a survey of existing pipework. Ollie managed to figure it out in half an hour, quoted and gave us a date for installation. He turned up on the day fully prepared. The work was done in fewer than the five days allocated as none of the contingency time was needed. The work is neat and the site was left tidy. Now it's winter we are appreciating the advantages of an intelligent heating system and the efficiencies that brings.

Thanks to Ollie and Dan for such a smooth installation of my new combi and radiators to my 3 bed house and in just over 2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked and the high standard of finish. They arrived on time and worked with little or no break through out the day (with exception to a few cuppas and biscuits i happily supplied). Both where very professional, polite and very knowledgeable tradesmen. Ollie explained everything in detail from start to finish and gave me some alternative options. My boiler was booked in for a service with Norwich Heating Engineer Ltd however they did not turn up on the day arranged. I gave Norwich Heating Engineer Ltd the benefit of the doubt and followed up with a phone call to re-arrange, they were apologetic and offered a discount if I re-booked. This was followed up with an E-mail to confirm availability which I replied to immediately - 6 months later and I'm yet to receive a response!

Ollie and Dan carried out the installation of our new boiler in a very professional manner. Including installing the new boiler in a much more convenient location on the first floor of our house rather than the old location in the loft. The whole operation was well organised and quickly completed. We couldn't have wished for more polite, efficient and considerate tradesmen, especially as one of us had just come out of hospital after a major operation. We cannot praise them highly enough. When you read so many rave reviews you think, wow, can these guys really be that good? Well the answer is yes, they certainly are. Ollie and Dan fitted a new boiler and radiator valves in a little over a day and a half with minimal disruption and really worked hard to a very high standard. They are very professional, clean, tidy, polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. Ollie went above and beyond and did work that was not quoted for initially to change some of my poor plumbing and wiring and fitted some new parts that I virtually had to insist he charge me for. They both patiently answered my infinite questions and explained how everything worked before leaving. Ollie even came back the next day to change another suspect part. The quote was the most reasonable I got and it goes without saying that I would not hesitate to recommend Ollie to anyone.

Works - replace boiler , move from ground floor to first floor, new flue through pitched roof, replace radiator valves and fit 2 new radiators From start to finish Ollie and Dan were outstanding and we would recommend without thinking. Ollie quoted us and explained everything fully before works and during All works completed as per quote with no hidden extras. Every care taken in our home. Top job very much appreciated.

Ollie & Dan carried out a full central heating and boiler installation over 4 days. We were really impressed with the quality of finish, speed of work and good advice given to achieve the desired specification and performance. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ollie & Dan installed my new Worcester Bosch boiler and new TRVs and new Radiator. There were very knowledgeable,professional, courteous and hard working. The attention to detail was A1 and the cost was much more reasonable than the other estimates I had. You get more bang for your buck with Ollie. I would have no hesitation recommending Norwich Heating . After getting the hang of the Bosch Easy Control app the boiler looks after itself. A good job well done.

Ollie and Dan removed our back boiler, installed a Worcester Bosch combi boiler and three new radiators. The work was completed in two days and to the budget, as stated in the quote. Ollie came back on the third day to explain the new boiler/control and aftercare with us. Ollie is professional, conscientious, knowledgable and trustworthy. Ollie worked very hard with Dan and the work was completed to a very high standard. All the old parts were taken away and they cleaned up after each day. Would highly recommend.

Ollie and Dan removed an old radiator for us, and supplied and installed a new one in a different location in our living room. They also repiped a leaking radiator for us. Throughout the process they were efficient, informative and reliable - and the advice they gave (about size of radiator and so on) was spot on. The work they did was very neat and impressive. They had to remove floorboards, and did so in such a way as to cause minimal disruption. We'd recommend them wholeheartedly and use them again ourselves.

Ollie is a hard working, professional and a totally trustworthy competent engineer. His work is neat and installed to a very high standard. He repaired our water pump and has recently installed a new boiler for us. We shall be using him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a heating engineer.

Thank you to Ollie and Dan who came and installed our new Worcester Boiler. They both worked tirelessly over the two days to relocate the boiler upstairs and remove the old boiler, water tank and clean out the ancient system. I suspect it has never been done! They were conscientious, tidy and I was happy to leave them to it in the house. Ollie has answered any questions we've had and was always polite and professional. They completed the work on time and to budget. I highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company enough, very professional and totally competent. They replaced my old boiler. It was done to the agreed schedule and budget. No nonsense trader who got on with the job, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and happy to help with any questions and aftercare. Cleaned up after themselves and took all the old parts away.
