Ollie recently carried out our annual boiler service and, as always, the experience was excellent. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took the time to check the whole system properly rather than just doing a quick tick-box service. He explained what he was doing, confirmed everything was working as it should. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and communication beforehand was straightforward and easy. It is great to have someone who is knowledgeable, professional and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. We have used Ollie and Norwich Heating Engineers for over 12years, and they have completed all jobs including a full central heating installation, radiator relocation, kitchen install and we have always been very happy with the quality of the work completed. We continue to use them for servicing and would happily recommend them to others.

Great work again from Dan and Ollie. Fitted a new towel rail in my shower room as the old one was leaking. Quick communication and fitted the job in last minute which was a real help. Had a boiler install and new bathroom fitted last year which was outstanding, very clean and tidy service. Won’t hesitate to use them for all work going forward and would thoroughly recommend.

We were introduced to Ollie and Dan by our Kitchen fitter last year and they did a great job of moving our boiler and other kitchen plumbing. We have always had issues with some radiators not heating up or taking hours to get slightly warm. Ollie advised us on the work needed to remedy this. It wasn't straight forward but Ollie and Dan did a great job and now we have a lovely warm house, which gets to temperature within half an hour. Highly recommend Ollie and Dan.

Ollie has come across as a very disorganised and disrespectful gas technician. He installed a new boiler in my home in August 2025, and since the installation the house has consistently remained cold. The majority of the radiators are either not working or not balanced correctly. One radiator in the entrance hall has not worked at all since the boiler was replaced. Ollie has repeatedly blamed small bore pipework for the blockage, which raises the question of why the system was not properly cleaned or flushed before installing a brand-new boiler. To make matters worse, the new installation lost pressure while we were away on holiday. We returned to a cold, damp house, which was extremely disappointing and concerning given the boiler was newly installed. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating, and the issues remain unresolved long after the installation.

Dan was excellent - polite, knowledgeable and competent in equal measure. Such a relief following a poor experience with another company. Will absolutely use Norwich Heating Engineer Ltd. again.

Ollie and Daniel was amazing from start to finish. Well where do I start… The work was finished within 3 and half days and said it would be done in 4. They worked very hard explaining things along the way. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The house is now lovely and warm and we are really pleased. Ollie and Dan did an absolutely fantastic job on my combi boiler conversion! Not only are they incredibly professional and skilled at what they do, but they’re also genuinely nice guys who were a pleasure to have around. We presented Ollie with quite a challenge. We wanted our antiquated heating system zoned and the heating to reach the top floor radiators. Pipework had been installed over a number of years in a haphazard fashion. Previous plumbers had asked for a day to do a survey of existing pipework. Ollie managed to figure it out in half an hour, quoted and gave us a date for installation. He turned up on the day fully prepared. The work was done in fewer than the five days allocated as none of the contingency time was needed. The work is neat and the site was left tidy. Now it's winter we are appreciating the advantages of an intelligent heating system and the efficiencies that brings.

Thanks to Ollie and Dan for such a smooth installation of my new combi and radiators to my 3 bed house and in just over 2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked and the high standard of finish. They arrived on time and worked with little or no break through out the day (with exception to a few cuppas and biscuits i happily supplied). Both where very professional, polite and very knowledgeable tradesmen. Ollie explained everything in detail from start to finish and gave me some alternative options. My dog liked them too :) I would definitely recommend their services.
