Two jobs completed by NP Trade during 2021. First was to replace and enhance my ability to turn off the mains water from the street. Previous stop cock etc not useable. Second job was to replace new ball valve in the water tank in the loft. Both jobs done efficiently and with full explanation as to how the new equipment would work to resolve the reported problems.

The boiler was not working. As it was my Grandmother's house, it was urgent that the work be completed quickly. I looked up the Gas Safe Register for engineers to do the work. After contacting more than 5 companies listed who either did not pick up the call or could not do the job for over two weeks, I was very lucky to speak to Peter of NP Trade who arranged for Neil to call me back to take the details. They turned up at my Grandmother's house on the same day and as promised. They did a site inspection to ascertain what needed to be done. They took pictures, explained everything in detail over the phone to me and gave me a quote for the work. They hoped to complete the job in 3 4 days depending on the availability of supplies which they checked out by the next day and confirmed when they would do the job. They took before and after photos and when the job was complete explained what they did over the phone. They were incredibly thorough and professional. I would use them again without hesitation.
