I had a new boiler and my radiators replaced by O’Neils. O’Neils had been recommended to me by some colleagues. I got a quote and was very happy with the cost. The engineers were prompt and friendly and got on with the job on the hottest day of the year. I left for the day and came back when they were finished. There was an issue with a leak in the system which was fixed with very little hassle. I have no complaints.

We needed a new boiler and since we have a service contract with O’Neil we asked for a quote. It was competitive and so we went with them. The engineer who fitted the boiler was excellent. He was polite, helpful, thorough, and tidy. The new boiler works well and we are very happy.

A problem with our boiler was speedily diagnosed, the parts were ordered and arrived quickly and the job was done shortly afterwards. The engineer was competent, helpful and polite.

I bought a new boiler from O’Neils in March’23 which after a hiccup in communication went smoothly. Last Friday night the heating wasn’t working and no hot water. It was 7pm Friday night so wasn’t expecting much but the engineer was there by 9pm and looked at the boiler. It was a simple repair but the fault was caused by a leak somewhere in my pipes and radiators. He explained id need to call again on Monday and take it from there but he did a quick check of my radiators and found the leak and fixed it there and then. I was delighted to have heat again and the root problem sorted. This work was carried out for free as they cover their boilers for a year without a maintenance contract. I will certainly get a contract with O’Neils when the year is up as I have been very pleased with their work.

The central heating on our combi-boiler suddenly stopped working so I phoned in the morning - and the engineer was here mid-afternoon. I was expecting to have to wait until Monday, since I only phoned on Friday morning. The engineer was very polite and efficient and he soon fixed it and made sure it's running properly. We're always greeted in a bright and friendly manner when we call and they've always done a great job at reasonable cost for us. I thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely disgraceful my elderly parents left with no heating or hot water for 7 days now. They are in there 80s and pay a maintenance contract. They have now been asked to pay £275 for more parts. Taking advantage of the elderly do not use this firm
