There was an unfortunate situation whereby my installer for my EV charger was unwell and Octopus had to delay the installation. This would have been unacceptable as my new electric vehicle was being delivered the following day. Due to my job and shifts it would have been very challenging for me to charge at a public charging station. Octopus sorted it out and were able to find another installer that could come at short notice. The installer Simon came the next day and did a brilliant job. Fantastic service

They did my installation on a very reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price as well. Very satisfied with the quality and the installation too. Team who installed it was very friendly and professional. All in all very happy customer.

The normal great service from the installation team. There is still a bit of a mismatch between sales and the support you get handed off to, but you just have to keep calling and emailing, and they will answer. This installation, like the rest of my projects, went really well. I'm super pleased with the team and how they went about their business I love the technology and it's really easy to use and understand 10 out of 10 Thanks

Originally ordered my EV charger through British Gas then changed to Octopus. Glad I changed as the charger was installed over two weeks earlier and when it arrived was seamless in the whole process including the technician Richard who worked efficiently, quick and tidy, also very knowledgeable he made the whole process a pleasure, thank you very much Octopus.

We decided to have solar panels installed on our roof. As we were already a Octopus customer, we went with them. From start to finish, we could not have been happier. The work was done on time in an efficient manner. Everyone we had dealings with at Octopus was helpful; although we may have ask what may seem like a dumb question they were respectful and polite. We would definitely recommend Octopus for any work in this area.

After getting several quotes for my system, Octopus came out the cheapest. Communication was good, but some of their subcontractors dropped the ball, and failed to communicate with them, that made the process longer. In the end it all came together, the install went smoothly, and professionally. I’m really happy with my system, its performance, and Octopus as a whole.

The pre-installation information and checks were great, and the actual fitting was brilliant. Kane even helped me clear out the garage when we realised that the cable had to run through there instead of the house (it will look nicer there anyway). Very polite and courteous service from everyone I've dealt with at Octopus, I'd definitely recommend them.

Octopus ev specialist was super nice and polite. He explained everything clearly and helped me set up the device. His work was very neat and tidy. He also answered all my questions.

From start to finish the communication was clear and I knew exactly what was happening when it was happening. Our engineer was amazing. He did an amazing job it’s very neat and tidy couldn’t be happier with the work he did. He was also very polite and happy.

Two parts to the review. Installation and communication before and after the installation team fantastic 10/10. Had s issue with a claimback process for a £750 discount scheme from Tesla that turned out bad. Octupus official complaints process wad very poor and still have not replied to my correspondence. On the other hand the Octopus installation team did get back to me and resolved the issue fantastically. Conclusion great service c let down by poor after sales complaints process not communicating with customer. The instalation arm 10/10 they resolved my issue.

From start to finish 5* service. From the moment of purchase to installation, customer service , knowledge and efficiency was 5*. Makes me proud to already be an Octopus customer and would 100% recommend to others!

This review is for fitting our air to water heat pump, including upgrading 9 radiators. The initial survey was very thorough, with detailed explanations where appropriate, to the point where we made our decision to proceed. The installation was seamless, with the equipment arriving shortly after the installation team lead arrived. He and his team, who were friendly and efficient,undertook first class work, with all pipework being copper with soldered connections. They completed on time, leaving our home clean and tidy considering the scale of work. The handover was thorough, including helping us to set up the app necessary to control the system. The waste materials were collected several days later. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our Octopus installation.

I was exceptionally pleased with the two technicians who installed our new Octopus Charge EV charger. They were very professional, friendly, and took on board my two suggestions/options for discreetly running the cable across the front of my house - so as to be a neat/clean install where the wires were hidden from view - where possible. The end result was an amazing job - which I was incredibly pleased with! The cable can hardly be seen at the front of the house, and the charger was also able to be located exactly where I had wanted it positioned. Special mention/commendation should go to the two Octopus technicians who did a first class job.

The person installing the EV charging point was incredibly fast, knowledgeable and experienced. He worked very quickly and the whole installation didn’t change much my day.

Wanted to have an EV charger fitted at my property and having done some research found that my existing energy supplier (Octopus) was a good option. This, coupled with the excellent service I have enjoyed since switching to them a couple of years ago, meant that I could anticipate that the job would lead to my approval. I have to say that Octopus exceeded my expectations. The whole process from the choice of charger to the fitting (all done in less than a week) was easy, quick and extremely professional The fitter arrived at the prearranged time, worked very quickly and did an excellent job, even fitting an additional upgrade to my meter, which wasn't part of his remit, but which will save the inconvenience of a second visit. Extremely pleasant and courteous and a very tidy worker. I would also mention that Octopus are first rate on communications, in my experience. I received emails every step of the way for this job but more generally their contacts are helpful and responses fast. I message them and they reply very quickly. No waiting an age on the phone before hanging up in frustration. Would have no hesitation in recommending this supplier for any of their services.

We recently had octopus energy install a home charger for my new Ev. The installer who is based in Wiltshire called Shane who I cannot fault at all. He did a great job and was tidy, effecient, and very helpful to the point where he offered help after the install with getting the octopus energy app sorted on my phone. Octopus please pass on our appreciation and gratitude to Shane he is a credit to your organisation.

Luke is a credit to your company. His warm welcome and friendly interaction with my nosy children, who are still playing with their little octopuses was lovely. He then talked me through every step of the installation and my options with placement of the charging point. He was more than happy to help with any request I made in this process. He explained he would need to turn off the power at some point but gave me plenty of notice. Once the installation was complete he talked me through everything I needed to do to connect with the app and was very patient as I wasn’t really understanding it. He explained it very well and I now feel confident using the app. I also want to comment on how tidy he left everything, it was as if he was never there! Living in a new build, and having had multiple interactions with trades personal due to snagging I can confidently say he’s the neatest trades person we’ve had visit the house. All in all it was a 5* experience and I would recommend octopus energy and Luke to any of my friends and family. Thank you for making the process stress free and easy.

I’m well impressed with Octopus and the seamless service I received when having an EV charger installation today. The communication was spot on and the lead in time frame was very good. The engineer was quick and tidy he was informative and knowledgeable. Overall brilliant experience - had to cancel another company as they never got back to me despite multiple emails and phone calls I made to them. Well done Octopus!

About four months ago I decided to replace our ageing 30-year-old boiler with an air source heat pump. To cover the extra electricity usage I also installed solar panels and a battery system. Octopus Energy were fantastic. After a phone consultation and planning, a surveyor visited our property. Once everything was agreed I eagerly awaited the installation date. Surprisingly, both the solar and battery installations were scheduled for the same week, resulting in a busy period both inside and out. However, every delivery and trade arrived punctually. The Octopus installers were incredibly helpful, polite and informative throughout the week. The organisation and installation far exceeded my expectations.
