The service was great, David the installation guy was very good nothing any trouble at all he kept us updated every step off the way. And Octopus is also very good.

As always, Octopus communicate extremely well and carry out work to a high standard. They are one of the few companies that do deliver excellent customer service and respond sensibly to all enquiries. They go the extra mile to explain things clearly and concisely. We have been with them for many years and recommended them to several friends who are also satisfied with the service they receive.

The installation took place as arranged. Communication before installation was clear and we were also contacted on the day half an hour before they arrived. Fitters went over and above what we expected. They explained everything clearly and installed the charger where we wanted it. A very neat job. The installers also left their contact details should we have any questions at all later date.

For greener energy we found that Octopus helps us "all in one" under one roof, for Intelligent Energy Supply, Heat Pump, Solar and Battery supply and install. All member of staff from Energy team, Sale team, survey team, tech team, installation team, supervisor and audit team along with other support team are very friendly, helpful, excellent customer care with kindness, superb technical knowledge and environmentally conscious and all are highly recommended. All tasks and jobs were done to the highest standard and all staff from Octopus also make you feel part of the team who are helping the environment and planet as much as we all could to be better place to continue to live in. Great Sales team, perfect planning and fast, professional installation including an explanation of how the system worked. After sale support not brilliant (I felt I was communicating with Bots), and no simple to understand user manual. Just a huge 84 page handover document to download. What do I do if I lose power? Or a panel is cracked by a falling branch. What are the effects of snow and ice? So many questions that would be simple to check - especially if the loss of power meant you couldn't use your computer! Despite this I would recommend Octopus and can only hope they listen.

Octopus Energy Services fitted an EV charger to my house. From my first contact, I found the company were helpful, thorough and professional. I was kept informed throughout from the analysis of my requirements to final installation. It all worked like clockwork! They kept to their schedule, the installation was first class and I received a thorough briefing about how everything worked. Very efficient, helpful and good tempered, having to work in the insulated loft for hours during the heatwave!! They were all really hard working despite the problems and heat. A very difficult time for them.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the EV charger and the service provided by Octopus. The charger is excellent, easy to use, and very convenient for everyday charging. The only downside was the installation process. I had to wait almost two months for the installation, and my appointment was cancelled twice at the last minute, which was quite frustrating. However, Octopus provided compensation for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Despite the delays, the final installation was completed well, and the product has been worth the wait. I would recommend Octopus for the quality of the charger and the overall experience, but I hope they improve their installation scheduling and reduce last-minute cancellations.

Apart from the lead time from purchase to installation (nearly 6 weeks due to demand) I am happy with the service, workmanship, tariff and finally able to charge from home.

The overall communication, install time and the quality was 10 out of 10. I would recommend Octopus Energy for your installation. This was a huge job, so it's safer to go with an experienced and recommended installer. Octopus Energy was recommended to us by a friend.

I could not fault this company. Yje installation team were excellent and communicated with us at every stage.

Initial call with a sales rep was able to decide where best to put panels and what cost and payment period was likely to be. Able to answer all our questions. When we decided to go ahead options and cost were clear. We paid a £500 deposit in late Feb and were told fitting was likely to be late May. However we were given a late June date for installation, and then was delayed until early July as the temperature was too hot outside for the roofers to work. So the over 4 month wait I would say has been the only negative part of the experience. We did not have to pay balance until after completion. Installers (roofers and electrician) were professional, polite & helpful. They explained everything clearly. We got all the paperwork through eg warantees & electrical safety certificate soon after installation completed. The app that goes with the solar & battery is useful and user friendly. Everything seems to work well. Only time will tell if pay back period is similar to prediction!

The process of ordering was very simple, but the initial estimate for fitting was quite long. However, they called me and said that they could fit me in earlier so all was good! The installer was great, friendly, helpful and informative. All in all a good experience.

I had an EV charging unit fitted by Octopus & the whole process was really well managed. Arranging a fitting date was straightforward & I received reminders near the time. On the day the engineer was on time & thoroughly professional. After the installation he guided me through the charging process & made sure everything was 100% correct

Dave, our Octopus EV installer did a difficult job expertly and efficiently. Despite extreme heat and cramped working space he was good humoured throughout. He was particularly helpful in diagnosing issues with the 'smart' meter and with his help I won a battle to death with the Octopus App! Value does not really apply since the installation of the EV charger was a freebie for Ford.

Octopus make the whole process start to finish very easy with good people, excellent communication, good price and an excellent install.

From the very start the communication was excellent, keeping me informed of the process and what to do at each stage. There was no pressure selling. The dates for the various stages were mapped out and the permissions from the national grid obtained and insurance for deposit and installation arranged through HIES. The installation went smoothly and very professionally carried out followed by help to install the Tesla App and guidance on how to use it. The batteries are working as expected and I am very satisfied.

The installation was longer than the 4-6 weeks stated but we got there in the end. The installation team were very helpful and did a great job fitting in with my requests. The external consumer unit was placed where I wanted it, out of sight, not where it usually goes nearer the meter. Both Steve’s were friendly and explained what would happen. A tidy job that works well.

We bought a ford gen e puma and within the package it included a Ohme ev charger fitting. Octopus have been amazing since I first rang them at the beginning of the year. Our car was expected april, then may, then finally received it mid June. Thomas at Octopus guided me through the procedure, we had surveys done and NPG came out to up the wattage into our electricity box to accommodate the ev charger being fitted. I was able to call or email Thomas directly keeping him up to date with the due date of the car being delivered. When we collected the car our ev charger had not been fitted but I was given credit onto our account to use at a local charger so was free of charge. There was a issue with our electricity box being too small to accommodate the isolator but in less than 24hrs we had a engineer here to do all the work. Nathan was amazing and was a clean install. Overall Octopus have been amazing and when there was a issue it was soon dealt with, within a timely manner. I would highly recommend the whole team and rate them 5*.

For some years now, i've heard about Octopus's reputation for excellent customer services. Now, I'm not one to burst out the starting block to sing praises. Some Octopus employees deserve my appreciation. In particular, today's installer arrived to fit an untethered EV charger - An easy install. Well, it turned out to be more complicated. After an unscheduled installation of 2 smart meters, and the removal of some redundant gas pipes, John was then able to carry out the EV installation. I cannot commend this man enough for his professionalism, detailed workmanship, being conscious of aesthetics, and his tidiness throughout the day. From start to finish, Octopus have delivered a product by a team that is committed to achieving the best standards - They have.

Very helpful and friendly staff very knowledgeable, and happy to assist and advise from start to finish. Scott our Installer was excellent and very helpful. Was a pleasure to have him at our property carrying out the work thank you very much. Would definitely be looking to get more octopus products installed going forward.
