Octopus have been the best provider I have ever joined for my energy at this point. I have also purchased a Tesla solar battery, retrofitted by them to my existing solar panels, referred to me by family, both of us were financially rewarded for the referrals. I cannot recommend them enough; customer service is perfect, installation people fast and efficient, very clean, tidy and respectful of property.

Getting an Octopus heat pump installed has been hands down one of the best home decisions I’ve made! From start to finish, the entire journey was absolutely seamless and fantastic value for money. The installation itself was quick, straightforward, and completely stress-free. The engineers and support team were polite, friendly and went above and beyond to keep everything tidy and run through how the system works. On top of that, the communication throughout the process was first-class, backed by incredible aftercare support that gave me complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find such high-level technical expertise paired with genuinely great customer care. If you're thinking about installing an Octopus heat pump, do not hesitate-cannot recommend them enough!

We have recently started a 3 year lease with Octopus with an EV and had the charger installed by them. The service all the way through has been very efficient. Helpful phone calls with real people for clear information. Well informed about waiting times for cars and charger fitting. They were in fact very quick to supply and fit. The installer was particularly good and explained everything clearly and helped choose the perfect installation spot in a conservation area. Very happy with the car and process so far (2 days in!!)

After a long journey from initially enquiring about the system to the installation was a fair length of time but once it was finished it was way better than expected. The whole process was stressful at times but now we’re up & running we’re glad we chose Octopus, communication was fantastic, installation staff were great also & although it ran a day later than expected it’s now working perfectly.

I was impressed with Octopus from the time I ordered to the time my charger was fitted. After ordering I had to change my installation date but Octopus were great and sorted it out really easily. On the day of installation I was called by the engineer to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was very polite and a competent and clean worker. Afterwards he helped me to set up the app and got me connected. 1st class service!

I have just switched back to Octopus Energy, the process was completed in 2 -3 days without issue. I enquired about installation of an EV charger at home. Everything was explained and decided to go ahead, within 2 weeks my EV charger was installed. Octopus are always available to help and support, which is quite rare in these modern times.

The installation of the new EVCharger was very efficient and very well executed. The communication leading up to the installation was very average, and unless we chased our contact at Octopus very little seemed to happen. However, we are exceptionally pleased with the results and would recommend anyone to use Octopus for an EVCharger

From start to finish, this purchase was handled perfectly. Great communication about the product and install work; technician arrived on time, completed within 4 hours. He gave a very clear explanation and gave plenty of time to ask questions. Well done Octopus, again!

I have had an Octopus Air Source Heat pump installed replacing a gas combi boiler - providing heating and hot water. I am now off gas entirely. Octopus also removed existing boiler and disconnected old gas supply. (had nearly all my rads replaced) The whole process has been great from the initial enquiry to the completed installation. The initial surveyor was thorough and clear. The quotation was great value. The booking process was good all online which was great. The installers were excellent and very friendly. The radiators were not as big as i expected (i had imagined huge radiators). The cosy 9 heat pump outside look quite good and loads better than the metal boxes of other products. the cosy is also very quiet. Only used hot water so far but works really well and much cheaper than gas (using cheaper over night electricity). Haven't used heating yet. But confident that it will work fine. Aftercare package is really good and good value. Deposit only £200 and only have to pay full amount after system is installed and i was happy. and most importantly my wife is delighted :).

Our installer was great, polite helpful and knowledgable. He arrived when he said he would and was happy to be left to just get on with the work needed .thsi was the second time we had tried to get the charger installed, the first time was cancelled, the commjnicarion from octopus was poor

From start to finish the experience was great. Would highly recommend Octopus Energy for a heat pump installation.

Have just had solar panels set up and feel very confident that even though i may not fully understand how it all works, I know how to get help if I need it. The job was all done to schedule and the employees, every one of them, had excellent social skills. As a widow of advancing years, I felt supported and reassured throughout the process. Octopus have certainly lived up to their reputation and I fully recommend them.

The team were fantastic. The quality of workmanship, the attitude to do things right and to the best standard were really important. I would 100% recommend octopus - the heat pump looks great, works great and supported with great customer service.

EV charger install. Up front comms excellent and clear. Installer was brilliant in the day and clearly explained what was going to happen. We ran into a problem with our earthing that was our issue to sort but we our installer and the office ensured we knew exactly what was needed and guided us. This enables to get remedial works sorted and then the installation was completed. Individuals and communications were excellent. Delighted with the service and their professional and supportive approach. Not what I’ve ever had from other providers in this sector.

Octopus are a joy to deal with. I have just ordered an Electric Lease car and this includes having a charger fitted at my house. The communication was excellent from ordering to booking the installation date. The engineer was fantastic - polite, courteous, thorough and very tidy. I can not fault the service.

The team at Octopus kept us informed the loop through every step. They were super helpful, allowed us to tailor our new system to meet our requirements and the price was fantastic. The extra panels and large battery mean that we are generating enough power to meet all our needs.

The guy that did the installation from Octopus was Joel. This guy was a legend, talked me through everything and explained it all very clearly! The work was neat, tidy and just clean! I was worried about messy cable routing but this guy made sure it was super slick!

Octopus handled all aspects of our EV charger purchase and installation really efficiently and effectively. The tech expert assigned to us, Will, was very good at assessing the suitability of the proposed installation, outlining the process, picking up questions and keeping us informed throughout. Our installation engineer (Pez) helped guide on positioning of the charger and did a very neat job installing it, and talked us through use of the app and charging process. Both Pez and Will were very polite and helpful throughout, and were a credit to Octopus.

From start to finish, Octopus were superb. The communications were good, the survey, the follow-up and the installation. Everyone throughout the process was professional and on-hand to answer questions. The installation was neat and tidy and I was really impressed.

The installation took place approximately 3 weeks after the oder date, which was sooner than expected. Communication prior to the installation was excellent - what information they needed and what we needed to know. The engineer rang the day before to confirm a time and rang again on the morning of the installation. He was extremely professional and provided all the information we needed once the work was completed.

A highly professional installation carried out by an extremely confident and competent engineer. Some difficult and space restrictive issues were dealt with in a calm and considered manner. The engineer was tidy both in appearance and his working methods. Once completed he took the time to patiently explain how the system operated. A credit to his firm.

Octopus have been outstanding in every respect from the beginning of my enquiry to the installation and commissioning of my heat pump. Everyone was so friendly as well as professional. The whole experience was a positive one and I have already recommended Octopus heat pumps to a number of friends. I cannot praise them too highly

Great team and communication at all times. Agreement fully explained and met expectations. EV charger electrician was very professional very competent. Again good explanation of what he was doing, helped with app and getting me started with using new charger. My first EV so had a lot of questions. Would be happy to recommend Octopus EV services

Overall good. Some challenges with early communication responsiveness, but we got there. It was all smooth and they were accommodating in me pushing install dates back several times and making design changes. The engineers were excellent. They worked fast, tidy and really well as a team. I am very happy with Octopus Energy and the service I have received. Everything has been straightforward, reliable and easy to understand. Their communication is excellent, and whenever I have needed information, everything has been handled professionally. The app and online account are also very easy to use, making it simple to keep track of my energy usage, bills and payments.
