From the moment I switched to Octupus every person has been helpful and responded quickly. No long waits. Other companies could learn customer service from Octupus. The engineer who installed the charger notified me the night before his arrival time. He arrived on time, was polite and cleaned up after.

A great product with good advice from the Octopus team. The installer was excellent, on time, efficient and dealt with a minor troubleshooting issue with speed and confidence.

Every step of the process was clearly communicated by a great team. The installation took place exactly when and how they said it would and Tom, the installation engineer, was so helpful and clear throughout the process. Great job!

Comms on installation were great and installer arrived bang on time with reminders before hand. Installed in a crack and left no mess. Gave some great advice and talked me through app set up. Even gave me advice on other sustainable tech and billing. As with my main Octopus services, services the CX is stunning. I get we all want a great deal and the lowest prices but I tend to prioritise experience over price and to that end, Octopus are winning. They are so far ahead of the competition I do not see a world where anyone catches them!

Octopus were competetive (I obtained two quotes) and installed on the scheduled day. The electricians were neat and tidy and did a great job. The Octopus rep was also very helpful. The battery has worked well in the 2 weeks since installation and almost eliminated my peak rate charges.

Had an Octopus EV chargers installed yesterday installed. Process was easy from start to finish. Well coordinated via Octopus. The installer, Jamil, was brilliant.

From start to finish it was a pleasure. We were kept informed of the process from day one to receiving a call a few days before install from our lovely engineer just checking details & confirming time of installation. Install went smoothly & Steve our engineer was very professional who took the time to go through the procees/app, even saying if we had any problems we could call. We were very lucky that it only took around 15days from purchase of our Ohme to install, so would recommend using Octopus 🐙 anytime.

The initial briefing advised a 5 week turnaround, but after 3 weeks we were told that, if we answered some more questions and they did some stuff, we could expect installation in 4-6 weeks. We contacted O to point out how unhelpful that was. The tech supervisor took this on board and got us an install date within the original 5 weeks we had expected. The installation was very smooth. The team, who installed our heat pump, were incredible! They really bent over backwards during installation week and were friendly, helpful and a joy to have around, even making a fuss of our dogs! The installation was finished on time and on budget. We are thrilled with our new system and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to someone else. We recently had solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall battery installed, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. Even after the installation, whenever I’ve had questions or needed a bit of reassurance, the team have been incredibly helpful. It’s not often you can say that every single person you’ve dealt with has provided such a consistently excellent level of service. I just wish I’d taken down all of the engineers’ names so they could each get the recognition they deserve! From the initial contact through to installation and aftercare, Octopus have been brilliant. We’re absolutely delighted with our new solar system and would have no hesitation in recommending Octopus to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage. My new Heat Pump was recently installed by Melvyn and his team. I needed all new radiators and pipework, which they installed carefully and thoughtfully. A lot of communication each day explaining what would be happening and when. The new heating has been installed with minimal disruption and carefully laid out to be as unobtrusive as possible. Very pleased with the installation and the system.

Survey polite but not extensive enough. Did not check the size of the pipes under the floorboards but made an assumption and did not check the evacuation route for the hot water cylinder. Install team was excellent, solving problems in the neatest and most pragmatic ways. Seems to be good value - 10 radiators and a large Grant heat pump installed.

I have had a great experience with Octopus since joining. It was a no-brainer for me to use them to supply and fit my new car charger when I moved. From survey to install was two weeks and the job was done brilliantly. The cable and electrical work was great and the tech was checked and tested and I was shown how to use it. I had an EON charger before that was complicated; I cannot recommend Octopus chargers as they are so simple to use.

As a customer of Octopus Energy, and with the high number of positive reviews from companies such as Which?, we decided to contact Octopus re Air-to-Air Heat Pumps. After completing the online request form, we were quickly given the details of a Preferred Supplier that would be in touch re our request. A week later, we were contacted by the company to inform us that they didn’t cover our area. We emailed Octopus to inform them, but received no response. Still interested in sustainable energy, we contacted Octopus customer services to find out why no one was responding to our email and our request. The customer service representative said that this level of service was not acceptable and would pass on our commitments to the relevant department and that someone would come back to us. Another period of time passed with no response. We again contacted customer services; we were again told that this level of service was not acceptable and someone from the sustainable energy team would be in touch. We did receive information from another supplier saying that they would be in contact in the next few days; again, there was nothing from this company. We again contacted Octopus Energy and told them the same thing: that this is not acceptable and someone would be contacting us about our request. Nothing was received from Octopus over the next three weeks. We received an email from an Octopus Energy Complaints Manager stating that Octopus is not at fault, as they outsource their Sustainable energy solutions.

Extremely pleased with the smooth and efficient fitting of our new EV charger. The engineer came at the time agreed and did a smashing job of the charger. Very pleasant and professional at all times and put us at ease with answers to our questions. The cabling and units were very symmetrical and secure. Can't fault it in any respect. Well pleased.

Whilst there was a delay in getting my EV charger installed because someone had left the business, the installation was straightforward and the engineer was very helpful and explained everything

Octopus have been the best provider I have ever joined for my energy at this point. I have also purchased a Tesla solar battery, retrofitted by them to my existing solar panels, referred to me by family, both of us were financially rewarded for the referrals. I cannot recommend them enough; customer service is perfect, installation people fast and efficient, very clean, tidy and respectful of property.
