From start to finish the experience was great. Would highly recommend Octopus Energy for a heat pump installation.

Have just had solar panels set up and feel very confident that even though i may not fully understand how it all works, I know how to get help if I need it. The job was all done to schedule and the employees, every one of them, had excellent social skills. As a widow of advancing years, I felt supported and reassured throughout the process. Octopus have certainly lived up to their reputation and I fully recommend them.

The team were fantastic. The quality of workmanship, the attitude to do things right and to the best standard were really important. I would 100% recommend octopus - the heat pump looks great, works great and supported with great customer service.

EV charger install. Up front comms excellent and clear. Installer was brilliant in the day and clearly explained what was going to happen. We ran into a problem with our earthing that was our issue to sort but we our installer and the office ensured we knew exactly what was needed and guided us. This enables to get remedial works sorted and then the installation was completed. Individuals and communications were excellent. Delighted with the service and their professional and supportive approach. Not what I’ve ever had from other providers in this sector.

Octopus are a joy to deal with. I have just ordered an Electric Lease car and this includes having a charger fitted at my house. The communication was excellent from ordering to booking the installation date. The engineer was fantastic - polite, courteous, thorough and very tidy. I can not fault the service.

The team at Octopus kept us informed the loop through every step. They were super helpful, allowed us to tailor our new system to meet our requirements and the price was fantastic. The extra panels and large battery mean that we are generating enough power to meet all our needs.

The guy that did the installation from Octopus was Joel. This guy was a legend, talked me through everything and explained it all very clearly! The work was neat, tidy and just clean! I was worried about messy cable routing but this guy made sure it was super slick!

Octopus handled all aspects of our EV charger purchase and installation really efficiently and effectively. The tech expert assigned to us, Will, was very good at assessing the suitability of the proposed installation, outlining the process, picking up questions and keeping us informed throughout. Our installation engineer (Pez) helped guide on positioning of the charger and did a very neat job installing it, and talked us through use of the app and charging process. Both Pez and Will were very polite and helpful throughout, and were a credit to Octopus.

From start to finish, Octopus were superb. The communications were good, the survey, the follow-up and the installation. Everyone throughout the process was professional and on-hand to answer questions. The installation was neat and tidy and I was really impressed.

The installation took place approximately 3 weeks after the oder date, which was sooner than expected. Communication prior to the installation was excellent - what information they needed and what we needed to know. The engineer rang the day before to confirm a time and rang again on the morning of the installation. He was extremely professional and provided all the information we needed once the work was completed.

A highly professional installation carried out by an extremely confident and competent engineer. Some difficult and space restrictive issues were dealt with in a calm and considered manner. The engineer was tidy both in appearance and his working methods. Once completed he took the time to patiently explain how the system operated. A credit to his firm.

Octopus have been outstanding in every respect from the beginning of my enquiry to the installation and commissioning of my heat pump. Everyone was so friendly as well as professional. The whole experience was a positive one and I have already recommended Octopus heat pumps to a number of friends. I cannot praise them too highly

Overall good. Some challenges with early communication responsiveness, but we got there. It was all smooth and they were accommodating in me pushing install dates back several times and making design changes. The engineers were excellent. They worked fast, tidy and really well as a team. I am very happy with Octopus Energy and the service I have received. Everything has been straightforward, reliable and easy to understand. Their communication is excellent, and whenever I have needed information, everything has been handled professionally. The app and online account are also very easy to use, making it simple to keep track of my energy usage, bills and payments. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Octopus Energy and I would definitely recommend them to others. Excellent service and a company I am very happy to be with.

From the time that we booked the survey to completion, we found Octopus efficient and friendly. They were honest about the issues that might arise and worked to find solutions. The price was good, especially with the government grant and the ability to pay over an extended period with no up-front costs. The actual cost, including a service plan was less than we were paying for a service plan for the gas boiler that they took out. The team installing the system were excellent at all times and worked hard to minimise the disruption caused by the work of removing the gas boiler and tank and installing the new system and radiators. Very professional.

From the initial survey through to the completed installation, Octopus Energy were excellent throughout the whole process. The consideration for our home was of paramount importance to both Octopus and ourselves, and they did not let us down. The install team in particular were extremely considerate, diligent, careful and respectful, highlighting top notch skills. To date, the ASHP has not been heavily utilised but it all appears to be functioning well. Great teamwork by all involved

We were already very satisfied Octopus Energy customers. From the first enquiry regarding solar panels, our confidence in Octopus remained high, and with justification. Initial enquiries were handled quickly and with great professionalism. Both sales and technical representatives were polite, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely keen to help and guide us through the process; nothing was too much trouble. A suitable system was identified at an acceptable price, and the full process and timetable were explained in detail, with regular communication of updates. A date was set for installation and adhered to. The entire work, from preparatory scaffolding to system commissioning and removal of scaffolding, took less than three days. All technical installation personnel were Octopus employees (not sub-contractors); even the scaffolders were regular Octopus operators, known to the installation guys. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally and with respect for us and our property. It was very noticeable how the different trades worked in unison. Commissioning and technical explanation and description of the app by the electrician was comprehensive. The system is working perfectly, and the ongoing process for connection and export to the grid is all being handled by our dedicated Low Carbon Tech Specialist, who keeps us updated on progress. Based on our experience to date, we would certainly recommend Octopus Energy Services.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional with continuous contact regarding my order and installation. The engineer who fitted my charger was also brilliant. He was knowledgeable and friendly during the installation, ensuring everything was fitted properly and safely.

Octopus Energy have installed a new air source heat pump at my house, removing the old gas boiler and hot water tank, and disconnecting the gas supply. The actual installation took 4 days during which the team took pains to minimise disruption to our hot water supply. The installers were friendly as well as competent. The team leader described to me how it all worked and made sure I knew how to operate the app on my phone. He also left his personal phone number in case I had any queries.

Safwaan, who did so much of the work behind the scenes, was an absolute diamond. He picked up our job from a colleague who had left, and the level of service he provided was honestly far beyond what I expected from an energy company. Wayne, Steven and the rest of the engineers who came to install our heat pump were fantastic — incredibly friendly, professional and approachable. My kids loved talking to them and learning about how the heat pump works! The team worked tirelessly for three days, even through the heatwave, with absolutely no fuss. Just a super-cool team who clearly take pride in what they do. I’ve already recommended Octopus to my neighbours, and one of them is now in the process of getting a heat pump installed through Octopus too! One final point worth mentioning: the installation unexpectedly required some trees to be removed, which wasn’t identified in the original survey. Octopus took full responsibility for this and ultimately offered us a very good alternative solution. That really showed the level of customer care they provide. The Octopus Customer Service team really is a dream team to work with. A huge thank you to everyone involved — you all did a super job!

Every aspect of using Octopus Energy has been great; their customer service is impeccable. Any time we have needed to speak to someone in person, they are very clear and concise with their information. We have used them for a number of years now. I have also recently taken up a lease of an OctopusEV car plan and had my free charger installed by Octopus Energy today. I must say the communication between both aspects of the company has been great. My partner and I have referred numerous friends as they are a cut above the rest for energy providers..
