At Octopus Energy, we make it easy for homeowners to upgrade to cleaner, smarter, energy-efficient homes. You don’t have to be an Octopus Energy customer to use our services.

Whether it’s fitting a Cosy heat pump, installing solar panels and battery storage, or setting up an EV charger, our experienced team handles the entire process from design to installation. We take time to understand each home’s needs and make sure every system is fitted safely and neatly.

Customers can track and manage their energy through the Octopus app and access our range of money-saving smart tariffs. Aftercare is included for all products, with support available 7 days a week to ensure peace of mind before, during, and after installation.

Every member of the team that I communicated with was super friendly and supportive. The product and workmanship of the installer were faultless. Neat and tidy job. My one and only criticism was the lead time, from order date to installation took approximately 2.5 months. My car arrived a month ago. But the efficiency of the rest of the process was very good. It just took long.

I cannot thank Shaz enough for the amazing service he provided. He was extremely professional and approachable, and explained everything so I understood. He discovered a major issue with our home electrics that would have continued to have gone unnoticed that meant we could get it sorted and safe for our family and to get the charger installed and in use. He came out to finish the job only a few days after our electrician had finished which meant I could get charging at home. He is a credit to Octopus.

Right from the start the indication was that all would run smoothly with good warning of arrival time on the day . The installation was completed in the day with all of the cabling and equipment looking perfect. It did take longer than expected but the engineer remain unflustered throughout and spent additional time ensuring that my phone was linked to the installation before leaving.

Installation went very well. The panels are producing energy as expected even when the weather was a let down! There were two issues for this whole process. The first was the delivery of the materials. For some reason (unknown) the delivery company refused to deliver the materials even though a neighbour and a signed notice from me were available for them to carry it out. This meant the installers couldn’t get on with their work as the materials didn’t arrive until 3.20pm on a Friday!! I would urge Octopus to ditch the company they used for that service! The second issue was eventually resolved amicably. A broken tile replaced with a wrong coloured tile (brown instead of black). All done and pleased with the installation. Now deciding best tariff for me. Generally kept well informed of the process.

I was recommended to switch to come to octopus by a friend after a very poor experience with another service provider. In contrast octopus was able to get my EV installation booked promptly, communicated surprisingly well and made everything so easy. On installation day I was well updated on arrival time by your Engineer, Chan. Location of charger discussed and agreed. I was told all about the installation, safety, and advised on the octopus intelligent go tariff. Chan fitted my new ohme home pro so smartly. All wires were tidy. Even the tether could be left looking tidy. My electrics and fuseboard was also left tidy. There was no mess. I am very pleased with the work done and professional service. 100%.

Having heard some horror stories about people’s experiences when having an EV charger installed I would be lying if I said I had no worries about having a charger fitted at our home. I needn’t have had any fears at all. The Octopus team made everything simple. Prior to fitting I completed a site survey that Octopus sent to us, and they actually looked at it, asked pertinent questions which meant that when the installer came out there were no problems. Fleur the Octopus smart tech specialist was very helpful. The fitter was great working quickly and efficiently in horrible weather conditions. Leaving the area clean and tidy with a nice neat install. He was clear and helpful with his explanation of the kit and its use.
