Luke is a credit to your company. His warm welcome and friendly interaction with my nosy children, who are still playing with their little octopuses was lovely. He then talked me through every step of the installation and my options with placement of the charging point. He was more than happy to help with any request I made in this process. He explained he would need to turn off the power at some point but gave me plenty of notice. Once the installation was complete he talked me through everything I needed to do to connect with the app and was very patient as I wasn’t really understanding it. He explained it very well and I now feel confident using the app. I also want to comment on how tidy he left everything, it was as if he was never there! Living in a new build, and having had multiple interactions with trades personal due to snagging I can confidently say he’s the neatest trades person we’ve had visit the house. All in all it was a 5* experience and I would recommend octopus energy and Luke to any of my friends and family. Thank you for making the process stress free and easy.

I’m well impressed with Octopus and the seamless service I received when having an EV charger installation today. The communication was spot on and the lead in time frame was very good. The engineer was quick and tidy he was informative and knowledgeable. Overall brilliant experience - had to cancel another company as they never got back to me despite multiple emails and phone calls I made to them. Well done Octopus!

About four months ago I decided to replace our ageing 30-year-old boiler with an air source heat pump. To cover the extra electricity usage I also installed solar panels and a battery system. Octopus Energy were fantastic. After a phone consultation and planning, a surveyor visited our property. Once everything was agreed I eagerly awaited the installation date. Surprisingly, both the solar and battery installations were scheduled for the same week, resulting in a busy period both inside and out. However, every delivery and trade arrived punctually. The Octopus installers were incredibly helpful, polite and informative throughout the week. The organisation and installation far exceeded my expectations.

We got a free Ohme EV charger when we bought a car. Communication with Octopus was excellent from the beginning. A lady called Hannah was my main contact who communicated at every stage. I also had a video call with an Engineer, Shane, who was very thorough. The installation of the charger was excellent. Eddy, our installer, worked really hard to make sure the installation was exactly how we wanted it. He has made a difficult route for the cabling look really tidy.

I highly recommend the Octopus energy team for the work they carried out installing a heat pump in our house. A number of tasks all came together to provide a smooth install. From initial inquiry through to placing the order, the site survey, and then the actual installation. Scaffolding set up in 1/2 day; all components and engineers arriving by 8:30 on the date specified and completing all tasks by lunchtime on the 2nd day. Explanations for everything I asked about and an installation that is tidy and fully functioning. All waste cleared within 2 days.

This is my first experience of an EV vehicle and the installation of a charger. I decided very early that I would attempt to purchase a charger from my energy supplier and that it would be their own product to reduce those gaps you create between contractors. I am well pleased with the workmanship of the installer . There was a hiccup in the initial installation date but that was because the demand for EVs has exploded. I also have to say that I had an initial issue with the charger as soon as the installer had left. That was down to my ignorance but I was really surprised at the expertise and support I got when I rang the octopus energy team.

I loved the whole experience of EV charger installation for three hours to my complete satisfaction. Highly Recommend to any one Thank you Octopus.

I couldn't be happier with the installation of my car charger. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The site engineer was absolutely brilliant. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the installation to an exceptionally high standard. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all of my questions really stood out. It was obvious he took pride in his work and wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he left. The installation was neat and tidy, and he made sure I understood how to use the charger before completing the job. It's rare to come across such excellent customer service these days, and the engineer was a real credit to the company. A fast, efficient & effective installation of our EV charger, with clear information on when the installation would take place. The engineer was very informative & left us his 'phone number in case we have any issues. The Octopus app is also very easy to use. This is the way to go, people.

All the work was done as scheduled in the contract, with regular communication updates, no hiccoughs at all. After completing every thing was explained to us. After installation experience has been exemplary, issuing receipts, handover pack et.

The service was great, David the installation guy was very good nothing any trouble at all he kept us updated every step off the way. And Octopus is also very good.

As always, Octopus communicate extremely well and carry out work to a high standard. They are one of the few companies that do deliver excellent customer service and respond sensibly to all enquiries. They go the extra mile to explain things clearly and concisely. We have been with them for many years and recommended them to several friends who are also satisfied with the service they receive.

The installation took place as arranged. Communication before installation was clear and we were also contacted on the day half an hour before they arrived. Fitters went over and above what we expected. They explained everything clearly and installed the charger where we wanted it. A very neat job. The installers also left their contact details should we have any questions at all later date.

For greener energy we found that Octopus helps us "all in one" under one roof, for Intelligent Energy Supply, Heat Pump, Solar and Battery supply and install. All member of staff from Energy team, Sale team, survey team, tech team, installation team, supervisor and audit team along with other support team are very friendly, helpful, excellent customer care with kindness, superb technical knowledge and environmentally conscious and all are highly recommended. All tasks and jobs were done to the highest standard and all staff from Octopus also make you feel part of the team who are helping the environment and planet as much as we all could to be better place to continue to live in. Great Sales team, perfect planning and fast, professional installation including an explanation of how the system worked. After sale support not brilliant (I felt I was communicating with Bots), and no simple to understand user manual. Just a huge 84 page handover document to download. What do I do if I lose power? Or a panel is cracked by a falling branch. What are the effects of snow and ice? So many questions that would be simple to check - especially if the loss of power meant you couldn't use your computer! Despite this I would recommend Octopus and can only hope they listen.

I was kept informed throughout from the analysis of my requirements to final installation. It all worked like clockwork! The installers arrived at the agreed time, and within an hour, everything was up and running. They tested everything before leaving and explained how the charger works. They did a great job; I am really satisfied. Thank you.

Very efficient, helpful and good tempered, having to work in the insulated loft for hours during the heatwave!! They were all really hard working despite the problems and heat. A very difficult time for them.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the EV charger and the service provided by Octopus. The charger is excellent, easy to use, and very convenient for everyday charging. The only downside was the installation process. I had to wait almost two months for the installation, and my appointment was cancelled twice at the last minute, which was quite frustrating. However, Octopus provided compensation for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Despite the delays, the final installation was completed well, and the product has been worth the wait. I would recommend Octopus for the quality of the charger and the overall experience, but I hope they improve their installation scheduling and reduce last-minute cancellations.

Apart from the lead time from purchase to installation (nearly 6 weeks due to demand) I am happy with the service, workmanship, tariff and finally able to charge from home.
