Optimum Plumbing and Heating Ltd is a family run business directed by Simon and Mark Wade.
Together we have over 30 years experience in the industry and have been running Optimum since 2004.

We cover all aspects of domestic heating and plumbing including:

Nothing was too much trouble, every step of the way was clearly explained, and carried out to a very high standard. It was professional, efficient, and the workmanship was carried out in a friendly and timely manner. The guys were very professional, and worked in a tidy and organised way. The refit of all radiators and installation of a new combi boiler went without a hitch. Job was done in a matter of days and they left the house clean and took all rubbish with them. Couldn't have asked for nicer workmen. Would definitely recommend Optimum Plumbing.

Simon Wade was very helpful as I have been very disappointed with (2) boilers in the 19years that I have been in my cottage. The last boiler Halstad supplied by Plum Call lasted 7years.

Definitely use again, definitely recommend to others. 2 call outs around Christmas were responded to quickly and despite one showing up unexpected problems due to other's door work they stayed late until everything was solved. Excellent and very friendly with us.
