Beautiful job done. Even though they encounter complications the work was finished on the given time. The price was very very reasonable and lots of after-care was given. They even assisted in finding suitable accessories. I would give my work to them any time.

My wife and I contacted Organic Heating as we needed to replace our old boiler with a new combi. Right from the start, everyone involved was great. Within a couple of days we had someone round for a site survey, and the full quote through not long after. We decided to go ahead, and the guys turned up on time and got straight to work. It was a big job (old tanks to be taken out, new boiler in a different location, pipework to be changed, etc) and ended up taking slightly longer than originally thought, but the end result is fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and I've already recommended them to some friends!

The plumber who came out from Organic Heating was "Taylor", who was very polite, personable, efficient, explained everything very well. He asked about our water systems, and soon worked out the best way to approach the work. The end result was what we hoped for and Taylor specifically made sure the job was well finished, going out to get some sealant he did not have with him. We were very pleased.

Being a single mum, I always dread having to get trades people into my home to carry out work. However, I cannot fault Organic Heating one bit. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Dawn took my call and was extremely helpful and efficient in getting someone to me, that very morning. Spencer arrived on time and not only was he able to fix the fault with my heating, he was extremely polite, helpful and understanding. I would 100% make them my first point of contact in future and have no hesitation to recommending them. I am one very happy (and warm) customer :)

My request was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, a suitable pair of well-explained quotes were given, and an engineer was on site within one working day. The thorough approach led to a resolution of long-standing issues and the work was conducted very cleanly. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that works so efficiently and effectively.

The team at organic heating were professional, polite and very tidy. I had a boiler replacement and a nee tap installed in my balcony. They carried out all the works to the highest standards. Communication is also great very responsive via email and messages. I?d recommend and work with them in future.
