ESTABLISHED IN 2004 WE ARE A FAMILY RUN WINDOW AND GUTTER CLEANING COMPANY LOCAL TO CHELTENHAM THAT OPERATES USING TRADITIONAL METHODS ONLY, THAT IS TO SAY THAT WE DO NOT OPERATE A "REACH AND WASH" WATER FED POLE SYSTEM. WHILST THESE SYSTEMS HAVE THEIR UNIQUE PLACE IN THE MARKET IT IS OUR CONTENTION THAT TRADITIONAL METHODS ARE STILL THE BEST, AS DO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS. UNLIKE ANY WATERFED POLE SYSTEM WE USE VERY LITTLE WATER, THAT IS TO SAY LESS THAN 10 GALLONS A DAY, ALL OF WHICH IS DRAWN FROM A TOTALLY SUSTAINABLE SOURCE OF RECYCLED RAINWATER. WE OPERATE IN CHELTENHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OFFERING WINDOW CLEANING AND A VARIETY OF OTHER SERVICES (AT A FREQUENCY TO SUIT YOU, INCLUDING ONE OFF AND AD HOC)

Gutters overflowing. Urgent 'phone call to Mark. He arrived within a couple of hours and did a great job. Removed the hedgehogging as they were causing more harm than good. Cleaned out the gutters, fitted down pipe covers and checked that next doors gutters would not impede the drainage. I would definitely recommend Outlook.

Following some very heavy rainstorms our gutters overflowed, partly due to blockages and impeded flows in some hard to reach gutters both on and above our conservatory. Mark was able to attend to the situation very quickly after our call to him. After assessing the issues he had all the required equipment to hand to both get up to the gutters, remove several bucket loads of muck and then washout and clean the gutters through, so that they now run cleanly. Very impressed and good value too!

Mark did an excellent job cleaning my guttering and windows. He was very honest about what was and wasn't required. He was also reliable and came when he said he would. He was also flexible and was happy to come and do the job whilst I was at work. Mark was very friendly and I will definitely use his services again.
