I am an established Oxyplumb customer having had a replacement Worcester Boiler installed three years ago & subsequent servicing & certification work carried out. In addition various ancillary work including tap replacement & LPG valve fitting. All work has been carried out to a high standard & on time by knowledgeable, friendly & tidy professionals. Communication is excellent from the team. Recommended.

Having received 5 quotes to change my old boiler and hot water cylinder, I chose Oxyplumb due to their very competitive quote and great reviews. I will look no further going forward as Roberto and Kevin did an excellent job. The fellas arrived promptly, protected my carpets and cleaned up before leaving each day. Roberto was very helpfully in explaining what they would be doing every day and when the job was done, he talked me through how to use the new system. We used Oxyplumb for our boiler service after we were let down by another supplier. Their communication was first class, reminding us by phone and email of the time of the appointment and then updating us when a potential had to be made. Matt turned up exactly when they said. The boiler service itself went very smoothly, They told us what they had found and what they advise should be done on the next service. We received a completed gas service certificate. The charge for the service was very acceptable. We will be using them again.

Just had Roberto around for a few days to change my boiler, hot water tank and pump. Could not fault the quality of work, manners and cleanliness. Really impressed with his work, and could not find fault if I tried. Will happily have him round anytime and will definitely use for plumbing needs in the future. Job done efficiently and professionally. However, the job was not explained well at the beginning eg I thought we would have salt blocks not tablets and we would have an extra hard water tap not keeping the existing tap not connecting to the water softener. This means we have to use hard water to boil the kettle or saucepans.

Our boiler recently broke down and having used Oxyplumb before we went straight back to them. Leigh was out within 24 hours, had assessed the situation and advised and guided us with care and detail as to best steps. A new Worcester boiler was sourced to meet our needs and within 10 days Kevin (with Leigh's input) had done a stellar job at fitting the new one for us. The workmanship is excellent, they are clean and tidy and make every effort to avoid minimum disruption and mess. Clear explanations during and at end of work and always available to get in touch with if any problems.

50 year old boiler, central heating and associated tanks had been subjected to; loft conversion in 1994, kitchen extension in 2015 all without complaint despite being told in 1986 it may not be up to the job! Oxyplumb arrived and listened to concerns and requirements and gave ideas and choices. We chose to have a Worcester combi boiler (oil fired as before) which then allowed us to free up and use both a cupboard downstairs where the hot water tank was housed plus a storage area upstairs which housed the cold water tank and header tank for the central heating. Further to this they removed the pump for the upstairs water supply that was installed for loft conversion. Also renewed the flueline in the chimney The pipework was rerouted, renewed and tidied up considerately and far nicer than expected. Matthew and Kevin seem unphased by anything and they were polite, friendly and very competent. We are so pleased with the whole Oxyplumb experience. Another bonus is that we have increased pressure in downstairs shower and in the new kitchen.

I have used Oxyplumb before and because of their great service I asked them to install a Hive heating control system. Matt arrived promptly and did a great job. This involved four separate thermostats (3 to control underfloor heating valves) and gaining access to an inaccessible boiler control box. He patiently installed everything and despite the complexity everything has worked perfectly. Great job, thank you. I'd have no hesitation in asking Oxyplumb back again should the need arise.

Oxyplumb swapped out my old oil boiler, installed the gas boiler, all the pipework and even arranged for the oil tank to be removed. All the work was so neat and tidy, just 1 engineer working on his own and arriving on time each morning (it was a 3-day job). I would highly recommend Oxyplumb. I highly recommend both Roberto and OxyPlumb. Roberto has gradually been improving our temperamental heating system, with OxyPlumb working around our timeframe and budget. He has really gotten to grips with understanding our set up and goes out of his way to solve problems. After years of issues and unreliability Roberto has got our boiler and system working so well the house is so quick to get up to temperature now. We can now go ahead with our bathroom renovation plans knowing the system is working well.

Having been quoted extortionate prices by other people, I was relieved to have OxyPlumb recommended to me at a lower price by Amanda Oxendale who was so lovely and helped me during my little crisis. The engineer who turned up was not only on time, but a tad early. When I told him I wasn't quite ready yet and apologised, he was really lovely about it and said it was no problem - waiting outside while I quickly cleared the area he'd need. He was very polite, easy to talk to and even gave me tips about using a gas cooker as I'd never owned one in my entire life before. Highly recommended!

When our old oil-fired combi boiler failed I invited quotes from four companies in our region. Being experienced at buying all kinds of goods and services as part of my job, I am always wary of any quote that comes in significantly below the others but, on this occasion, I chose the lowest – not because it was low but because the other three seemed unreasonably high (double in two cases). Oxyplumb delivered on every level – their advice during the survey was spot on, the equipment they recommended was the best for our needs, their execution was totally professional and they always respond when you call. They finished earlier than expected and were bang on budget. Most important: it's working like a treat. All-in-all, a first class job, well done!

Had my annual boiler service. Booking of the service was easy, engineer was very competent and was able to answer many questions I had about my heating system, prices are very competitive. Very pleased about the service!

Excellent service, from first contact via the Worcester website through to the final clean up. The engineer, Roberto, was very punctual and polite. And gave a great briefing on the new system. What more can you ask for. Chose them from the excellent reviews they have and am more than happy to do the same.

I would highly recommend using Oxyplumb. We have used them for a couple of years and the thing I like about them is their clear communication, they respond promptly to enquiries and do their best to be there for you as soon as possible and follow up by email afterwards. Having a team rather than being a one-man band helps with their early availability and we have been put at ease and been impressed with all four or five of the engineers who have helped us. We have used them for boiler services and central heating issues. Also for plumbing in a dishwasher. If a part can be fixed rather than replaced they will do that to save you money and they get the job done promptly rather than dragging things out to be able to charge for more time.

Leigh and his team installed our central heating system over 4 years ago and we've continued to use him for annual servicing ever since. You couldn't deal with a more genuine, trustworthy company.

Our boiler died last Friday morning. We have used Oxyplumb before and were impressed, so they were the first people I called. By Friday evening I had accepted a quote and the new boiler was fitted yesterday (Tuesday). Every aspect worked smoothly. Excellent communications at every stage. Arrived when they said they would and the work was carried out to a high standard, efficiently and quickly. All was clean and tidy when finished. I really couldn't have asked for more.

Efficient, helpful, no nonsense. They installed a new boiler and hot water system for us several years ago and did its annual service today. It has worked very well from the start and we continue to be very pleased.

I contacted Oxyplumb after finding them through Which. We did a total strip out and refurbishment of our house four years ago. The plumbing has been a real disappointment. Oxyplumb came in, identified various problems and we agreed that some major changes were required. There were storage tanks taking up space which were never used, a filter system which wasn't in use and a very expensive pump which has been removed. Our oil bills were also horrendous. The house is warmer, and we are delighted.

Our boiler broke down on Sunday evening during recent very cold spell. Called Oxyplumb on Monday morning. Appointment made later that morning. Engineer arrived on time, analysed problem, explained cost of work, went to collect spare part, returned quickly, got boiler working again, stayed to ensure all was well. Couldn't fault this excellent service.

Oxyplumb were engaged to repair an old Oil Boiler, they responded within an hour of my e mail, arranged an engineer appointment, attended and attempted a repair, but advised it might not work as the boiler had been flooded! The Boiler ended up B.E.Repair, They then quoted a fair price for a replacement. The new Worcester Greenstar Boiler was installed asap by a very friendly professional engineer. Back in the time before Christmas, the trusty old Ideal boiler was showing its age. Not really economical to repair so had a Worcester Bosch unit installed by Matt and Kevin. Floorboards needed lifting to install the condensate drain and on being reinstated, you would never know the carpet had been lifted. Matt installed the boiler and the flue proved to be a challenge but nonetheless overcome. Everything tidied up and no mess left at all. Shall certainly use again and recommend. Price was as expected and hoped for and Amanda a pleasure to deal with.
