This was my second annual boiler check with the company, and I’m extremely happy with their professionalism. Mike, the technician who handled this check, was fantastic - punctual, professional, and thorough. He also took the time to explain everything and shared helpful maintenance tips. Craig and Josh from Oxyplumb have just completed my lovely new bathroom. The old suite was removed, then new suite, tiling, radiator and shower were all fitted within four days. They worked hard, and were friendly and respectful of my property. At each stage of the fitting, I was consulted to make sure it was done to my wishes. I've been a customer of Oxyplumb several times previously - for a new boiler, services and other more minor works, and have always been impressed by the staff and their efficiency.

We have used Oxyplumb for our last two boiler service and have been pleased with their work.Yesteday I informed them we had a leak in a radiator/towel rail Mathew arrived today just after 12pm and in around 45 minutes it was all fixed. From reporting the leak to the repair of the leak everyone was pleasant courteous and efficient

Since my plumber retired 3 years ago I have used Oxyplumb for maintenance and any repairs of our aging Vaillant boiler. They are an excellent company to deal with, very friendly over the phone, very efficient and seem to do a thorough job. The guy who did the latest service was a man of few words (maybe just hello and goodbye) but I was quite confident he did everything necessary.

Firstly, I must give Oxyplumb Ltd 100.00% credit for the constant good service I have received from them over the last six years. Matthew (Engineer) carried out the annual service of my central heating system and gas fire. The whole operation was carried out thoroughly within the agreed timescale. Thank you Matthew and to Lisa (Office Manager). My system and gas fire were installed in Aug/Sept 2018 and have been serviced by Oxyplumb since those dates. This does give me a great deal of peace of mind.

Rang on Monday and was able to book boiler service for end of the week. On the day, the engineer messaged to say he was on the way. Mike arrived on time and was very friendly, even when the Christmas decorations fell on him when he opened the loft! Explained everything he was doing and why throughout the process which was completed quickly and efficiently. Would recommend Oxyplumb.

We needed a full boiler replacement together with fittings to meet current regulations. Visit to give quote was done quickly with work being done soon after. Fitters were clean and tidy and cleaned up well. Turned up on time. Also they took on board that we needed various doors shut to keep cat in. Very satisfied.

Always quick and friendly responses to queries and quote requests as well as being easy to book their services. Engineers will let you know when they are on the way and given an estimated time of arrival. Very friendly engineer, Mike, came to do an annual service on our boiler today, found him to be very friendly, courteous and respectful with clear communication. Completed the service with no problems and done in a timely manner, explained his findings and what he had done etc. Have used Oxyplumb a number of times and always found them to be a good and friendly service provider for anything to do with plumbing and boilers. We have recently had our boiler replaced. Roberto who fitted our new boiler was courteous, very knowledgeable, leaving us with an excellent job. I was reminded by Oxyplumb of the need for an annual service and a date agreed. Due to an urgent issue at the Oxyplumb they later asked it I would agree to a change and this re-arrangement was made in a totally satisfactorily manner. Was contacted in advance to remind us that yearly service due. Kept us updated right up to letting us know that engineer was on his way. Arrived on time. Work carried out quickly and efficiently.
