Chris was very helpful when I called him when I was locked out my flat because the door lock had broken! He has great safety advice, very professional and I will have him on speed dial in future.

My experience was better than expected; Chris put me at ease straight away during my initial call, arrived sooner than the expected time. I could see he is someone not just with great experience but is polite and professional, and I’d definitely recommend him.

Chris came out straight away and fixed our front door lock, and checked everything was working before he left. Was very good at explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done.

After reading lots of good reviews on a local Facebook page, I found Ozlock’s website and sent a text message to Chris’ mobile, outlining our problem, and asked if he could come and take a look. His response was almost immediate and he arranged a time to come within the hour. My mum’s UPVC door was not locking so we were really relieved and happy to see him! Chris could not have been more friendly, or more helpful. He did everything he could to resolve the problem without it being too pricey - in fact, my mum was shocked and said she had been expecting a bigger bill! He cleaned up his mess and even have the door a little clean! Mum is now safe and secure and full of praise for Chris of Ozlock’s and would whole heartedly recommend him in a heartbeat!
